I have been raving about my experience with Zach at Giant Chevy since I left the dealership. I have purchased many automobiles over the years and I have never had an experience that I would call good, much less pleasant! Zach & Steve made my purchase go smoother than I ever could have imagined and absolutely made my day. I left with the exact truck I wanted and with a huge smile on my face. Keep up the great work!

1st scheduled maintenance on 2015 Silverado

It was my problem...but I was thankful and happy that the staff took me in when I showed up 15 min late for my 2:45 PM appointment under abnormal circumstances. In any case, your staff was showing excellent professionalism even though they were being trained on a new computer system and having to juggle walk in customers at the same time. I do apologize for showing up 15 min late. They took my concerns seriously about an issue I had about the security of my stereo system and wanting to know if there were any ECU firmware upgrades. Eric called me 10 min before the scheduled pickup to notify me that there was nothing wrong with the truck and that everything went well with no recalls and that they were open till 6. Thank you!!

Chevy Equinox 2005 still going strong after minor repair.

Called to make appointment. Arrived, given WO stating price for determining auto problem. Was called later told of repair needed with cost amount. I verified to proceed. Auto was ready by 5:00 PM that day. I elected to pick it up following morning...had service person explain to me in detail the repair performed; I then paid my bill and drove away with a smile on my face and a song in my heart...my auto was "repaired and ready to ride". Checked with another local service/repair shop and was informed that was the least expensive repair bill that I would find for that problem. ANOTHER smile on my face!

2014 Camaro purchase response.

Zak our sales person was a great help, and he and the other sales people did not swarm around my wife & I like a pack of wild animals. It was not a hard sale with the 2014 Camaro. He has even offered to sit down with us for a few hours after we owned it a week to make sure we knew how all the computer/operations options worked. However, I did not like or appreciate the hard sale in the Finance Manager's Office. The Extended Warranty & the Gap Insurance & the Upholstry Insurance which we believed & took as mandatory & felt we were somehow obligated to purchase at an added cost of almost $4,000.00. We will be cancelling those contracts as soon as we practical. 10-12-2014

I had a great experience buying my new car. My salesman Justin was awesome and I never felt pressured which is the reason I decided to buy there. I had been looking for a car for over a month because I didn't want to get something I would regret and also because other car lots were high pressure and annoying! I am glad that I stopped there and I am especially happy that Justin was my salesman. He spent extra time with me even after closing hours to show me all the bells and whistles on my car and never rushed. Thank you for the great and not stressful at all car buying experience! I will definitely recommend you to my friends and colleagues!
