Test drove a car and suspension broke that was a NHTSA recall, they don’t do their job and check out their used vehicles properly

My purchase experience of our new Cadillac Escalade was simple and quick. We the found the vehicle online , contacted Andrews Cadillac and next day we were driving our new Cadillac. Kurt Disch and Scott Levine were absolutely the best.

Great experience! I did my research on the Escalade ESV before going to the dealership so that I would be more informed and already know the options I wanted. Who was I kidding? There is no way you can understand all the options available unles you already own an Escalade. Herman, the salesman, put me in the drivers seat and showed me everything about the car and provided his “own” experience with all the electronics. Joey, the sales manager, added his touch to the deal process and Kenny helped finance a Christmas surprise my wife will never forget! I love these guys. I was treated like part of the family and not just a customer. I would highly recommend going to Andrews Cadillac for a great car buying experience.

I bought my last car at Andrews Cadillac and had a great experience. This was the first time that I had emailed a dealership to purchase a car. I worked with the internet salesman named Jon Utley. He answered all of my questions and helped me select the car that had all of the options that I wanted. I have only had to change the oil once, but the service department seems good as well. I will be back to purchase another car from Andrews when it is time to replace my wife's car.
