vehicle service contract was a scam

I was sold allstate vehicle service contract. Had an issue so I cancel. When I called them I was told they never received the funds so I would have to call the dealership. Been getting the run around near a month and i talked to manager, and several others. Just want my $2,000.00 back, if I don't get it I'll be filing a fraud report, and contacting corp office thur

Pleasant Surprise

I will continue leasing vehicles from Crestview Cadillac because of the great service. This year I was introduced to my new salesperson, Kevin Huff, and was pleasantly surprised. Kevin was very informative and explained everything I needed to know. The vehicle I am leasing, XT5, is very easy to drive and Kevin did a great job explaining the ins and outs of it. As I mentioned before Kevin did say if I had any questions about the vehicle to call or come in to Crestview. This is a nice feeling to have this available. Thank you Kevin!

Worked with Kevin Huff on a new XT5 with some specific options. Kevin criss-crossed the state to find the car we wanted at a terrific price (it had a couple options we didn't ask specifically for but still hit our pricing target). Will definitely consider returning to Crestview for our next car/SUV (and in addition to the deal, the XT5 is a great vehicle). Well done Crestview and Cadillac.

On October 15th, I purchased an XT5 from Nicole Vos. She was wonderful. I called her on the Tuesday prior to price the car and by that afternoon she had the numbers worked out for me. On Saturday, when I usually dread the car buying process because it's so long, our entire transaction was smooth and seamless.

Excellent experience my Sales Rep was honest and to the point. Very patient as he had to wait until the last hour before Labor Day on a Saturday for me to provide paperwork for my trade in. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealearship and was pleasantly surprised. I frequent the establishment for service and had purchased one previous product from this location, but my sales person had ledt so this was my first experience with a new source. Things went smoothly. I do find the comments from the other reviewers a bit concerning and hope others have experiences more like mine. I also find it unaccepteble that in 2012 the dealership does not have wifi...that does need to change...
