Superior Service, Superior SUV!!

When we arrived at the Parker Cadillac Dealership, I did so reluctantly. We had been to 3 other dealerships that day, and besides that I always thought Cadillac was for my mom or grandma . My husband convinced me to at least look at it since no other dealership, including my beloved Mercedes, had an SUV with everything I wanted. Best decision ever! Stephen, our salesman, was impressive in his demeanor and product knowledge. He took us to my dream vehicle in a matter of minutes. We bought the first vehicle he showed us, because he listened to our wish list of features and knew his product line! The purchasing process was a breeze and the least stressful I've ever had. Again, the business manager and Stephen listened to what we wanted as far as a payment and down payment and they didn't try to convince us that we needed a whole bunch of other junk--nor did they try to shove a lease on us when we stayed up front we weren't into leading. They just made it happen! This was, bar none, my best experience on a car lot ever! We are customers for life! And the icing on the cake--we LOVE our Cadillac SRX! This SUV is the bomb.com!!! It's luxurious, full of safety and tech features, drives "like a Cadillac" and even has WIFI! Love Parker Cadillac!

Bargain Cadillac for a 30 something

I purchased an "as new" courtesy 2014 ATS 3.6 Performance from Parker and really appreciated the low pressure sales approach. As a 30 something it felt a little strange buying a Cadillac, but my sales person (Jim) was well versed in the performance features I was look in for (Brembo, Magnetic Ride Control, Etc) and he was fluid with the car's tech. If Cadillac is trying to lure the younger demographic with performance, quality and price they're doing a hell of a job and so is Parker.

He efficiently answered all our questions we had as well as worked with management to get us the best deal possible.
