Sir/Ma’am, when I I enter your dealership yesterday Mr. Andre’ greeted very friendly employee, but as I sat down and waited for my vehicle to be completed, several of your employees passed by and never greeted me and the look on their faces was not friendly at all. I sat there and no employee greeted me with a friendly hi or how’s your day going sir, just not a good experience, mr. Andre’ is always friendly when I come by for service.<br>

Fast, Friendly

I hate buying a vehicle because of the time, and the drama involved. I was in and out at Patriot with no games, or gimmicks. The sales team and the finance lady were kind, and listened to what I wanted. I was nice to have some urgency to get me home. I love the 2021 1500 Duramax, and will be back again. Great atmosphere.

Lacking transparency

I found a hot selling vehicle on one of the major auto websites that was located at Patriot GMC. I used the website’s template to express interest in the vehicle. I quickly received a note that the vehicle was available. I’m feeling good. Brief call with the sale’s person (Lynese) to confirm it was physically on the lot. Confirmed that website price is the price. Feeling better. We discussed that I was an out of state buyer. We could do everything remotely and I’ll be there the next day to pick once they give me the OK. Sales person needed time to work the numbers. A short time later, the numbers were presented. I confirmed we had a deal. Now I’m excited. I immediately filled out a credit app through their website. Quickly approved for more than the presented numbers. We should be done… all is left is the paperwork? Wrong… this is where the lack of transparency starts. First I’m told that they are having trouble with understanding the taxes, so I send them the instructions from my local office of motor vehicles, problem solved. For some reason the sales person stops answering my messages. Next I’m told by the new car manager (Bobby) that the lender has some unreasonable request. This makes no sense because the lender is Ally (GMAC), who lends and has experience everywhere. The last reason is that they had a “preset appointment” that they had to “honor”. They supposedly sold the vehicle to someone after our deal was on agreed too?! The lack of transparency is disappointing. This treatment fuels the distrust consumers have with dealers. My advice for Patriot GMC of Killeen: overcommunicate the process with the customer and be open about the factors that could inhibit the deal. If you are not Killeen, you may not want to put in the effort. By the way, my credit score is 800+ but they pulled my credit 2 additional times for a vehicle they had no intention of selling to me! Why???

Worst buying experience ever! Snookered me out of $1,300. Never sent my tags and registration , paper plates run out today. Johnnie

We had a great experience buying our truck at Patriot GMC. Cassie Young our sales person was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure we knew all our our options and got exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend her and the dealership if youre looking to buy
