sells lemons

purchased a dodge grand caravan and should have known it was going to be a lemon when i drove it across the street to get the tires replaced only for them to tell me the brakes were bad. had to go back to mcdaniels and fight with them to replace the brakes. i purchased the extended warranty big mistake the second something went wrong they wouldn't fix it because it wasn't covered under the warranty so i had to take it to a different mechanic to fix it and then when mcdaniels found out they contacted my extended warranty company and had it voided so i was then out all that money with no way of getting it back. had the vehicle less than a year and it was supposedly dealer certified pre-owned only for the engine to go out and the transmission to go out as well. i will never purchase another vehicle from mcdaniels again and make sure that i tell everyone i can that they sell junk for cars.

I bought a used car from them in February. Didn't even make it all the way home before the check engine light was on. Took back in, and they replaced the spark plugs. two days later check engine light again. They took car back for service and had it 3 days, replaced MAF sensor which was nice, however 2 days after I got it back, check engine light again. No response from them. They claimed to have inspected this car before sale, and would like you to believe they offer better service than other dealers. Maybe many customers get treated well, but every so often a customer gets a bad deal. This time it happened to be me.
