Overcharged for air filter replacements.

Brought GMC Terrain in for periodic oil change which was executed and charged (appropriate and inexpensive). However, while there, they informed me that my engine air filter and cabin filter were "very dirty" so I agreed to let them change it but did not ask price. As they already had removed the filters ( the only way you could know they are dirty), the replacement of the filters takes at most 5 minutes. The filters were charged at $50 each (about2x Delco retail) but there was also a 30 minute labor charge for EACH filter ($77.50 each). Manager refused to adjust bill saying GM mandates that he charge that much time and they have no discretion. He did offer a discount on future service but should have removed at least one of the labor charges on this visit. (says Mgr: "That's not gonna happen")

Went for oil change, inspection and winter prep. dealer suggested coolant system flush. I wasn't made aware how long this would take .Agreed to do service but it really took a lot longer than I anticipated. Dealer apologized and did give an additional small discount and a card for a free oil change
