Very Good Experience

Ease of process and friendly staff. Went into Al Serra to price out lease options, Signed a deal I was happy with and had the keys within 3 hours of signing. I would recommend Josh Carroll at Buick GMC to anyone who is inquiring about buying/leasing a car.

Christina was great to work with, she was extremely helpful and answered all of the questions I had before, during and after the sale. She was very patient and used our time effectively. Jim (manager) was also very helpful and was able to assist. I came to Al Serra after working with another dealership that wasted my time and they weren't very friendly, very pushy.

Making the appointment for service was easy and the service was performed in a timely fashion. even though I didn't need it, I was offered shuttle service to my place of employment. Best of all, my oil change and tire rotation were free with my lease. the service staff were all friendly and helpful.

I have already referred two people. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and helpful, organized sales and service depts. I was preapproved before coming and ended up with a lower interest rate using your contacts. There is nothing better than working with ppl that enjoy their jobs. Kevin Yzquierdo and the administrative support staff are awesome!

The staff in the Cadillac store provided the best experience I've had in a dealership as a customer. Coming from a dealership sales and service background my expectations are very high. Sean met and exceeded my expectations. It made me come back after my first lease to lease a second Cadillac 4 months later. I will be back to lease my next and future Cadillacs from Sean at al serra.
