John Jones vs coils

Our mechanic couldn’t find the problem with our 2017 GMC Sierra 1500. He took it to John Jones. They gave us a printout proving they had the issue in their hands. They switched 2 coils around and that was the problem instead of saying that was the problem. We have photos of the coils that were cracked and shown not good at all. They refuse to take any ownership of any of this.

Salesman and business mgr are dishonest

When it came time for the used car bill, they added $1,125.00 to the sticker price and then deducted things to make it look like they were giving me a deal. They were also trying to make me buy a car I didn't want by making it harder to buy what I did want.
