Business Bad and ugly

Haven't gotten anything done no 1100$ prep I should get that money back. Gm knows my truck wasn't put together right missing 2 sensors the passenger seat is messed up Gm won't replace it, yet they will replace floor mats and carpet in the same truck. What's up with that? Plus they wouldn't have someone estimate hurricane damage even though I had a 2pm 4 that but the service people had the truck, paint shop refused to do the estimate because they wanted the truck at the paint shop. Why couldn't they just do it right where the truck was? Plus I was supposed to get 1000$ in accessories I never got. Told I didn't qualify, I'm pretty sure it was put towards the truck cost. I just thought GM/ Chevy and Gettel were better than this!!!

Tire repair

I was in need of a tire being looked at. I was on my way out of town, so I needed immediate attention with the problem. Drew got me in ASAP! It was found that a nail was in the tire and could be repaired. Thanks to everyone for such quick service.

Worst customer service ever experienced

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and to check the check engine light that had just started coming on. They diagnosed the transmission issue as being anything from needs more fluid to needs a new transmission. Kept it there for several days and they still could not figure out what was wrong with the transmission. I had to keep calling to check progress as they were not calling me. My belief is that no one had even looked at it yet. Told them to just change the oil and I would take it somewhere else. When I went to pick it up, I was told that my brake fluid was leaking very badly. This had not been an issue when I bought it in. I got in the car to drive it and that was not even possible, like trying to brake air. So, they told me they would keep it and give me and estimate for both the breaks and the transmission. As I could not drive it, I left it there. Called the next day and said the brakes would be $2000-$2600 and that they could not give me an estimate on the transmission yet since they could not drive it because of brakes. I ended up towing it out of there and taking it somewhere else. The other place cost me far less to fix the brakes and transmission. Also, they guy at the new place said they could not even do an oil change correctly as fluids were not topped off and no one had looked at the air filter which was a mess. Nightmare experience and would tell people to stay away from this dealer’s service department, even for an oil change.

I felt the price of the tires I purchased were a little high, I could’ve purchased them for about $40 less at a tire retailer. Also, after ordering the tires, the parts department never called me back as promised when the tires arrived. I was transferred from service to parts quite a few times. This was the difference between four and five stars for me.
