The dealership was very clean, the sales rep was knowledgeable but I do not like the truck at all due to the seatbelts attaching to the rear doors and rear windows do not open. Had I known about these things, I would not have purchased this truck. My rating has nothing to do with the dealership, but more to do with the truck.

My Lacrosse has never been right from the day it was taken off the car lot as a BRAND NEW car! I have lost track the number of times the car has been back up at the shop for nearly the SAME problem that can NEVER seem to be corrected....now the transmission is acting even worse....and I am SO FRUSTRATED with BUICK/CHEVROLET!

Paul the sales manager worked every step of the way to get this deal done and to my satisfaction. This was a awkward deal and unlike other dealers(3) Beck never rested till I had the truck I needed and on my schedule.
