Unnecessary credit check
by 09/27/2017
onThey were accommodating and professional, but when I told them I was paying cash they insisted on running a credit check. After I made my purchase I decided to do some research on this subject. Dealer credit checks are not required if you are paying cash or if you already have credit lined up through your bank or credit union. They will use several excuses to run a hard credit check but in reality it's all about increasing their profit based on what they can get out of you. Hard credit checks stay on your report for 2 years...limiting what possible future loans or rates you may receive.

Outstanding Buying Experience!
by 01/23/2017
onFound an M3 online a couple of weeks ago that I really liked and reached out to the internet team at Motor Werks who promptly connected me to Sahil (Sean). Sean immediately worked with me to schedule an appointment to see and drive the car. After a very fast and professional discussion with Sean and the GM, Chris Lima, we arrived at a very fair price and bought the car. No delays, no issues, no sell-ups, etc. just a GREAT buying experience all around. Chris and Ryan (Finance Mgr) made the paperwork completely painless (usually the worst part about buying a new car!) and I ended up buying a long term extended warranty, wheel protection, etc. again all my choice at VERY fair prices! No pressure here at all. Since the sale, the follow-up and support have been outstanding. They truly role model great customer service. All and all a GREAT buying experience from a group of true professionals. I have bought numerous BMWs and other expensive cars from other dealerships but would rate Chris and his team at the top in terms of professionalism and service. Consequently, I highly recommend Motor Werks, Sean and Chris to any prospective car buyer. They will not disappoint!

Good sales, bad service
by 05/24/2012
onThe sales person was very good and kept calling meto check if the car was OK and I would tell him that I did not drive the car long enough to find out (300 miles in 6 months). When my battery died 3x and I reported the incident the sales calls and service calls ended and left me on my own! Battery run down is a common problem in BMW X3 so you must drive the car a lot to keep it chrged.
