I just purchased a used BMW X5 from BMW of Tuscaloosa from Nathan Jackson. He was SUPERB!!! I purchased a CPO from this dealership in March, and discovered damage after the fact. The manager of BMW Tuscaloosa took my call and apologized, taking ownership of the problem, paid for the repairs. This kind of character goes a long way in cementing my opinion of BMW (I'm a first time buyer) and this dealership's honesty and respect for its customers.

Angelique made the buying process so easy for me! I am a college student and my parents live 3 hours away, so I was very nervous about doing this on my own, but she answered all of my questions, was very patient and understanding, and I was able to get the car of my dreams.
