I really liked working with Brian Reed and Brian was exceptionally supportive throughtout my purchase of Q7 from Audi Tacoma, and the manager Mark Stapleton was a joy to work with. The GM Brett Ackley was very supportive and humble.

Great car selection with competitive price and service

I've found the car that I wanted; the negotiation process was fast and to my satisfaction; and the service from sales and finance people to the level expected. Mike Moyer provided very good service as the sales person. He was attentive, processed paperwork quickly, and took time to go over the Q5's main function on late Sunday night. In addition to that, he drove 1hr to my office to pick up some extra documents. Andrew Thompson (CPO Manager) is a seasoned professional and his great service reflects his emotional intelligence and experience. Devin Howell is the finance manager who also provided a great service. The process was relatively fast and he offered the usually overpriced extra purchase options. Overall the Audi Tacoma team provided the level of service one would expect out of a top brand dealership.

My First Audi

We had a bad experience in Bellevue and we ready to pull the trigger on a Lincoln. We have friends that have and love their Audi’s, so I had my wife call you guys and Mike Moore talked her into coming to see him. Between him and Mike Sierra they took excellent care of us. Right down to signing papers in the Cheesecake factory parking lot. We live in Monroe so you are quite a drive:). Also, while my wife was being taken through the car I was talking to the Sales Manager (sorry I forgot his name) and he spent 10 to 15 minutes with me. I have a family business (a printing company in Kirkland) and treat all our customers like they are family whether they are Microsoft or a Mom and Pop business. We also believe in getting our car serviced by the dealership we bought it from. My wife will drive to you whenever we need anything done to this SQ5. We are committed to you so hopefully your service department will be committed to us.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Mark was very helpful prior to me coming into the dealership. He went out of his way to accommodate what I was looking for. I was lucky enough to have Michael Sierra as my salesman. He was extremely progressional, helpful and knowledgeable with my questions regarding the Q3. I have never encountered such a professional and polite salesman. I would recommend anyone looking for an Audi to contact Michael.
