“Key user” issue resolved

I had an issue becoming the key user in the Audi A5 I bought so I contacted Zach Z and he was more than helpful. He stayed in constant contact with me until the issue was resolved. Best experience I’ve had with a dealership from both the sales and service/tech teams. Highly recommend buying from Audi South Austin.

Above and Beyond Service!!

Accidentally dropped my engagement ring in a loaner car, didn’t realize until later that evening. First thing next morning I called and asked if anyone found it, they said no but had the car there for me to go look through. I didn’t find it, but Bobby said we could look through the vacuums if they had not been emptied yet. So we went to make ready and they looked through two vacuums and found my ring!! 😊 I am beyond grateful for the above and beyond service they have!!

my baby old A3

my daughter bring her baby old a3 in the service dept here at audi south and all is well. they provide good service and contact my ext warranty that i also love and handle my claim and i owe zero dollars. they are very helpful and provide alternate transportation that was very helpful, thank you Steve B and your team at audi south. Fantastic Experience

I had an exceptional experience at Audi South Austin. I cannot give enough compliments to the team who helped me through my new car buying process. Paul Walker was who I worked with directly and I could feel his passion when he showcased me a variety of vehicles and spoke to what he loved about those cars. He truly loves Audi and it showed. The test drives were great as he thoroughly thought out the routes to highlight the features for each car we drove. Deborah Reiter was the New Vehicle Sales Manager I worked with and her & Paul worked diligently to provide proactive updates on the exact vehicle I was looking for. When we found out it would be a 2-3 month lead time to get me the exact spec I was looking for, they jumped through hoops and scouted out a car that I am now more than satisfied with to ship into the South Austin location. Charles Moradi from finance made sure to explain all the terms of the contracts to me carefully rather than rushing through to get me to sign the docs. Overall, my experience at Audi South Austin was 10/10 and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to have a great experience. We all know car-buying can be stressful and this team ensured I was overly informed throughout the process and in the end that I was making an educated decision that suites my automotive goals.

Don't want to take money

Cash buyer with loan through Credit Union. Spent a total of 4-5 hours over two days here to find out they don't take "drafts". We all know this is code for we don't want to do paperwork and get nothing in return. Pity. Would be zero stars if that was allowed

Don't stand behind deals. Happy to gouge.

The staff seems really nice before you buy, but once the transaction is done, they don’t stand behind their sale very well. I paid $550 to have my car registered out of state (I also paid to have it shipped to my home), but the registration was botched and my car was not legally registered when it arrived. I went through a lot of time and effort and finally had to have my insurance agent go directly to the department of motor vehicles to have it done right. Even then, my car sat for 5 days, because it was not legally drivable until was able to get my agent involved. I made my disappointment known in paying all this money for zero value received and asking to have at least part of the fee refunded. Craig, one of the managers, said he would consider it, but then delayed and delayed a response. I had to keep calling him back; it was never the other way. He finally said they were not prepared to do anything. You would think after 53 straight months of record Audi sales nationally, profits would be robust enough to easily afford a small refund, if not for fairness’ sake than to preserve goodwill. Unfortunately, it seems that record sales can also breed arrogance. In the end greed won out. My advice – get everything and writing, don’t rely on promises, make sure everything is exactly as you want it before money changes hands. Better yet – just shop someplace else.
