Colt was our sales person for purchasing a new GMC truck. He paid attention to the details, always keeping us informed of the truck's progress in being built and delivered to Halliday Motors. We were actually in a time crunch, not many...or ANY, trucks available these days, but Colt made it happen for us, in good time! Thank you for your personable, capable expertise in getting us this truck Colt!

I would never advise anyone to trust their vehicle to these guys. They twice misdiagnosed the problem with our vehicle and when they figured out the real problem, they performed an illegal fix on it. They are rude, patronizing and very, very, very slow. They refuse to accept responsibility for their own mistakes. Their mismanagement cost us thousands of dollars.

Learn from my Mistake.

I was told that they, Halladay Motors, could take care of something but in the end they didn't know what they were talking about. I ended up spending more money because of their mistakes and inability to take care of their mistakes. I was told "Sorry, we didn't know that rule". Well if you are going to tell the buyer you can do something make sure you can. My experience with Halladay Motors is something I will never forget because of the mistakes they made and my family had to pay for it. They did not try to make up for their mistakes but used the word "Sorry" and "I didn't know" to try and make the situation better. I would not recommend using them in purchasing a vehicle, if they make a mistake you will be the one paying for it!!
