Customer service is great. It is nice that you don't have to 'fight' to get a good price. Prices are clearly marked and easy to understand. They don't play games with pricing.

Overall pleasant experience. Brenengen could have made more of the necessary repairs. I am not sure if all the committments were followed through. I have one question in to our salesman on that.

This my fourth vehicle purchase from the Brenengen family dealerships and second from Brenengen Kia in West Salem. I have always been treated as a valued customer each time I visit any of the Benengen dealerships, especially their Kia dealership in West Salem. I have had the pleasure of working with Barry M. both times I visited Brenengen Kia. Barry is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He willing to take the time to help me find exactly what I am looking for in my next vehicle purchase, and I never feel pressure to buy anything. Brenengen Kia's Business Manager Steve is also very helpful in finding the best financing options in a very short time with my priorities in mind. Thank you again Brenengen Kia, Barry and, Steve. I have purchased cars from dealerships in the past but not for a really long time. I was amazed at the friendly and helpful assistance I recieved from sales staff and financing manager. Absolutely the best purchase experience I could imagine. They're the BEST !
