We have had dealings with the Bergstrom group of auto sales and have always found that they were excellent. The new car from this Honda dealer was what we wanted and the salesmanship was excellent. No pushy sales talk just answered our questions honestly and took us through the finance processing and took care of ALL the out of state paperwork for us. It was great no fuss no muss! Would work with this dealership in the future and also Bergstrom.

After researching online determined that a Honda Pilot Touring was the best car for me. Visited Bergstrom Honda in Oshkosh because they had the color I wanted in stock. Was greeted in showroom by internet sales who spoke at me from behind their desk, shouting out into the showroom. They said they would page a salesman. Someone showed up after 5 minutes and I overheard them say that no one showed up today. Finally someone from an adjacent dealer came to help me. I liked the car and wanted to work out a deal finally came to terms. They could not get me in with the business manager right away and let me take the car - which was the only nice gesture they offered. When the business manager finally could fit me into his schedule, I show up and they have me finalizing the deal with the salesman (from the adjacent dealer) Then when the questions I had went beyond the scope of the salesman, the business manager came in and proceeded to get all fussy about my questions. He was very impatient and aggressive. It was very distracting and not comforting at all. I told him a bit about my experience when I first showed up and how it was poor, to which he concluded I should just leave. They must be doing something right because they can afford to risk future business by turning away those who complain about service. Other businesses may try to exert extra effort to please an upset customer. Bergstrom Honda's approach was to severe ties. I was not happy, the damage had been done, no need to try and repair the damage, I am only one customer. Thanks for the experience Bergstrom. like you say on your website: I "got a great deal more!" They were extremely shifty with the pricing, claimed the salesman was inexperienced.

Bergstrom Honda in Oshkosh really amazed me and my wife. THEY called us, and said that they had a buyer for my 2007 Fit. Frankly, I was about 11 months short of pay off and wasn't really thinking about cars now. The dealer's salesman was most helpful. I tried a new 2012 Civic, and really liked the features, the ride, and the operation. I left to go to a doctor's appt., and returned about 2 hrs. later. The financial manager got me the lowest APR rate I've ever had, and lowered our car payment besides getting me a new car. We were thrilled. Anyone planning on buying a Honda, check Bergstrom Honda in Oshkosh. You'll be impressed like I was!!
