My experience with the sales department at Boucher was excellent. I generally dread trying to buy a used car but this experience was very pleasant. The staff was honest, helpful, informative and went out of their way to meet my needs. I give them my highest recommendation and I hope that I can do business here again someday.

Avoid Like the Plague

Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha is [non-permissible content removed] selling snake oil. I came in because I saw that the prices online compared with Kelley Blue Book value. Despite having told the sales person I was working with, I received a price more than $2,200 over their online price, while being told this ripoff was at a discount. Also, despite having come in with a pre-approved loan, they convinced me to go with their lender stating I could payoff their lender if I changed my mind, but there's an additional finance charge of $1,684.10. I am disgusted that I thought a car dealership would work in good faith, but I am more disgusted that Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha saw an opportunity to charge me more than $4,000.00 than the car was worth and then ask me to recommend them. What a joke.

Unprofessional and Dishonest Sales Practices

I just had horrible experience with this dealership. I will never purchase anything from them after the unprofessional sales tactics I just experienced. I had been working with salesman Alex and finance specialist Denise concerning a deal on a 2015 Ford Expedition EL. I had been in contact with them for two weeks going over the details line by line. On Tuesday Sep 13th, 2016 we finalized the deal and scheduled Thursday as the pick up date. Now today, Thursday, and I am being told my deal has changed by two different managers, as Alex and Denise are not in the office. They raised the price by $850. They said the inaccuracies I was being told would be handled internally and that the price is firm. I told them that they should honor the deal that was made, this is a $40k vehicle mind you, or else I would walk. They kept telling me it wasn't their fault, it was Alex and Denise who lied to me concerning the deal. My girlfriend and I spent two weeks working with them over the phone and over an hour at the dealership to be told its not their fault or their problem.

Outstanding Customer Service

I bought a replacement for my totaled car. Alex C went out of his way to make sure the car I wanted was held until my insurance claim was settled. The 2009 was in excellent condition when I picked it up. I just went past 500 miles and haven't had a bit of trouble. They even took care of registering the car in Illinois for me. I will definitely consider this dealership and staff even though I am not in their immediate vicinity.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Escape. My salesman was Horace and he did everything he could to help thing fit into my budget. Everyone that I dealt with in my purchase were very helpful. I will definitely recommend Gordie Boucher Ford to anyone that I know that is looking to purchase a vehicle.

We purchased our first F150 truck last weekend. This was also my first experience with Boucher. We were very pleased. The sales staff was very helpful and friendly. This was the first experience with any dealership where I didn't feel pressured. The entire experience was great and very relaxed.

We had a wonderful experience at this dealership! We tried working with our local dealer in the past, but this Ford dealership actually treats their customers with respect! We definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family and anyone that is looking to purchase a new vehicle. We worked with Joe in sales and were extremely impressed by him. He listened to everything that we wanted and did what he needed to do to get us the vehicle that we requested. He was never pushy and was very respectful of our time. We will definitely be returning to this dealership for all of our other Ford purchases. You will not be disappointed if you come here to work with the team in Kenosha. Everyone we had interactions with from finance to other sales people and Sal, the manager of the sales department -they were all wonderful!

My Lemon

I will never purchase a car from Boucher Ford again. I initially went to ask about pricing because I was in the market for an SUV. The whole time I was there they were pressuring me to purchase a car that day. The car I ended up buying ended up having multiple problems. I brought it back to have them fixed: squeaking breaks, rust on tailgate. They told me they couldn't hear anything wrong with the breaks and they would fix the rust. After 9 days I got my car back. It was still squeaking but they said the breaks just "needed to wear in" and the rust seemed to be gone. About 4 months later, the "fixed" rust's paint chipped off showing they never touched the rust they just painted over it. And 2 months after that the "new" breaks they advertised the car having had to be replaced ( the whole rear breaking system that is) and $800 later the car is safe to drive. They are [non-permissible content removed] who only care about their bottom line. Be fore warned.

A Da at Boucher

Buying a car from a dealership is not a process I usually look forward to. My son had purchased a Ford Fusion from Tristan Cairo at Boucher Fird and was very pleased. About a year later I went in to meet Tristen and told him I was not there to buy, just start the process. He respected that, no pressure. We stayed in touch and last week I finally made my move. Tristen and Boucher are like no other salesman and dealer I've experienced. Knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely interested in one getting a car they will be happy with.

Chuck Anderson, Sal and Grant the finance guy were awesome. I had few thing to work out and they all were patient and worked with me to get my 2012 F250 truck. This is the second truck I've purchased for Boucher and i it won't be the last.

It was simply a very good car buying experience. Joe Kobriger, who worked with us on the vehicle purchase was an excellent sales consultant. He is professional, honest, and well informed. It was a pleasure to purchase our new F-150 and it was Joe who made it so. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle since I started doing so in 1964.

I visited Boucher Ford of Kenosha for my first car buying experience and it went very well. I work with Reggie, who was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was able to show us all of the features of the car, explain all of the benefits, and answer any questions we had. I did not feel any pressure at all from him throughout the process. Sal and Grant were also great. Grant made the paperwork part of it fun, easy and quick. The whole experience was pleasant and full of laughs!

Wade was our salesman, and he was easy-going, friendly and helpful. We never felt pressured. We had been a little confused about the pricing of the car that we had seen online, but Wade explained it and worked out a price that we couldn't refuse. The manager, Grant, was friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions about financing, etc. The car wasn't ready for us to drive home right away, so Wade actually drove it 50 minutes to our house later that day. Excellent service!

I brought a 2014 Ford Fusion last Monday from Gordie Boucher Ford and the service there was awesome. Our salesperson Donnie was great, he didn't pressure us into buying so we didn't feel like we had to settle. My husband did all of the leg work because I don't like to go into dealerships for the simple fact they pressure you into buying but when it was time for me to go in and sign they treated me like I was family. Henry in finance was very nice and helpful. He made sure that I was getting everything I wanted. Donnie made sure I was connected to Sync and he explained how everything worked. This was my very first time buying a car from Gordie and I would buy from them again. I feel they have the best customer service and you're not just a customer buying a vehicle they really make you feel like you're family.

A few hours later I found my perfect vehicle, with the help Of Nick B., he was a very chill, nice guy to work with, listened to what I wanted, and my price range. I would recommend this dealer.
