I would like to commend Carl Wallace in management and Steve Misher in sales at Hiller Ford in Franklin, WI. When Ford Motor Credit was being "difficult" and refused to finance the new car I had ordered, they both went "to bat" for me and got me into another 2016 Ford vehicle. I strongly recommend Hiller and their staff, including the Service Dept., to anyone looking for a vechicle or service. I will be back myself and urge other to contact them. They treat you fairly!

I recently had my car serviced at Hiller Ford where I found out I would need to replace my transmission. I had a big decision to make – fix the car or possibly get a different vehicle. Being a single mom and not knowing anything about cars, I was nervous to say the least. I was lucky enough to work with Bill Darr and Carl Wallace at Hiller Ford. They allowed me to test drive as many cars as I needed to in order to make the best possible decision. They walked me through each option -- buying or leasing a car. There was never any pressure and stressed that this was a “big decision” and I should weigh all my options and take my time. In the end I decided to lease a 2015 Ford Escape due to the great leasing payments. I not only would recommend Hiller Ford but would highly recommend working with Bill Darr. Bill made sure before we went home my son and I were comfortable with all aspects of the car. He even followed up two days later to make sure everything was going well and to check if we had any questions. I would never hesitate in recommending Bill Darr and Hiller Ford.

The quality of service, the warmth and fairness in the car buying experience including Russ Mayer, [not a relative, check the spelling] Craig and Jay Hiller himself were extraordinary. My wife and I were delighted once again by our overall treatment and by the specifics of this car purchasing experience. We've been back at least four times now and I really believe it is getting better each time. Furthermore, the follow up from Russ in this case and the overall auto service has been exemplary. I have recommended this dealership several dozen times and will continue to do so. Why should such a positive experience be kept a secret?

My wife and I went to Hiller Ford to test drive a Ford Edge. Ben J./Sales Consultant, assisted us on the test drive and explained the features of the Ford Edge very thoroughly. We were satisfied with the Ford Edge, but wanted to compare the Ford Explorer. Ben retrived the keys for a Explorer and we went for a test drive while Ben explained all the features on the Explorer. We discussed the value of our trade-in vs 2014 Explorer and did not immediately purchase. I contacted Ben J. on Monday to purchase the vehicle. Ben J. was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. My wife and I are familiar and quite satified with Hiller's Service Department, Quick Lube, Sales and Finance Staff. Yes, we would recommend Hiller Ford to family and friends.

I had worked with several dealers Internet Departments in lower and central Wisconsin. I was initially a bit worried about purchasing from a dealer more than 100 miles from my home, however Hiller Ford was set apart from the rest with their prompt answers and aggressive pricing. My request was initially handled by Mark G., and then handed over to Dean H. Dean and I exchanged several emails confirming which vehicle I was looking for, and then he contacted me via phone to make additional arrangements. Dean is a wonderful individual and made the entire experience very easy. As someone who was relatively inexperienced in the car buying process, I was very thankful for how thorough Dean was with explaining the entire process. Before I pulled off the lot Dean reviewed all of the vehicle manuals, as well as provided a runthrough of the vehicles features. Dean was even prompt with providing me with some additional answers to my questions a couple of days after the initial sale was completed. Dean was a fantastic individual to work with. I would definitely recommend Hiller Ford and Dean H. to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

We have worked with Hiller Ford for almost a decade, and they are terrific. Particularly Mike L, and the service department team. We feel that when their service team recommends work, it's work that needs to occur. And they're proactive, giving us the heads-up when needed work might be coming up, so we can plan properly. Finding an honest team at a car dealership isn't easy - Hiller Ford is a group that we feel we can trust.

See Steve Misher at Hiller Ford for your next car purchase! We just purchased our second vehicle from Hiller Ford - our first purchase was in 2002 for a used car. We still have our first (used) vehicle and have passed it along to our daughter for college. This time our shopping experience was better than I have ever experienced! I went to Hiller because we feel they have the most reasonable priced vehicles compared to other dealers. When we met Steve he was not the "typical pushy, make you feel good, lie to my face" type of salesman. He was honest, down to earth, had a wealth of knowledge on his vehicles and listened to our concerns and needs. I needed to have a part replaced in my car and because service took longer than expected, he arranged transportation for me for my convenience at no cost. He came in on his own time off (vacation) to be present when we picked up our car. He also spent at least 30 mins. with me setting up and teaching me the sync system the car has. He is a salesman that goes above and beyond and I recommend him highly! I love my "new" car. :)

I have been a loyal Hiller Ford customer for nearly 40 years and would not go anywhere else! Even moving to Menomonee Falls, where I am sure there are quality Ford dealerships nearby, I would not change from Hiller Ford in Franklin. They are worth the drive, from the repair history on my two Fords (Taurus and Flex) to the great deals when buying new or leasing. It is convenient to get the service history, notices when you hit mileage points, and competitive pricing on all repairs it is worth it. I have shopped the Internet to see what repairs cost, Hiller Ford is always close to the best price anywhere! Thank you, I recommend Hiller Ford for new and used car purchases and lease, along with service work. They are the best!

Jeff Inwood did a great job helping me find my first car. He didnt push me or my dad to buy a certain car. He was also very personable and I felt like he really wanted to help find the perfect car for me which he did! He let us test drive the car where ever we wanted to go so you could really get a feel for how the car drove and operated. We ended up buying a 2008 Ford Focus and it is the PERFECT car and the price wasnt too bad either. I really appreciate the effort he put in to helping me.

Jeff Inwood is an honest and delightful sales person. He was well informed and able to answer all of my concerns. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends because of the salesperson. The contract financial person I dealt with when paying for the car and signing the purchase agreement did not have an engaging personality. Car buying can be a very exciting, yet grueling experience. Waiting for hours to find out if they've come close to the deal you are looking for can be quite painful. However, such was not the case at Hiller Ford. Dan Napierala, my salesman, was extremely pleasant, knowlegdeable, and went out of his way to make sure that I got the deal that I wanted to put me in my new car painlessly. I just purchased my second vehicle from this dealer and all I have is nothing but good things to say about them. Jeff in sales was a great guy to deal with and always treated us with respect and honesty. My first experience was good but this second time around it was even better. I would most definitely go back to this dealer first for any of my future vehicle purchases. They have great deals and now how to treat a customer. Even though they don't negotiate the vehicle price you'll still walk away satisfied for what you got and what you paid. Avoid all the scams, disrespect, waste of time and haggle from all the other dealers and at least give Hiller a chance. You won't regret it. Thanks Jeff for being such a nice guy to work with. Excellent job by Jeff Inwood. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in helping find a vehicle with the features wanted at an affordable price. He was attentive from start to finish and answered all questions clearly without any high pressure. I selected a 2010 Ford Focus and Hiller Ford gave me an extremely fair offer as a starting point and bargained in good faith so that we were able to arrive very quickly at a satisfactory final price. After all the paperwork was done Hiller gave the car a wash and filled the tank and Jeff patiently and thoroughly went over all the features one more time. It's been 9 years since my last new car purchase and I wasn't looking forward to it but Jeff Inwood and Hiller Ford actually made it an enjoyable experience.
