Battery had to be jump started 3 times in 2 days. Service got me in for diagnostic test immediately as we have to drive 35 minutes to get to the dealer. After testing they determined that the battery was in fact not holding a charge and was no longer usable. The car had 15,000 miles and the battery was covered under the factory warranty. A very happy ending.

I was helped very well. However, I believe it is draconian for dealerships to rake people over the coals for their service costs & materials. Its like 'hide your wallet, & hold a tight grasp cuff around your gold watch as you motor them by w/your fingers-crossed.' Another 'professional: in'da-hood' business. People get caught on too many catch-22's. $$$ buys smiles, semi-grudges, BS, & both. Nice: facility, people, clean store; pricey, excellent service, & 'big lots' of selections. Welcome to 'copy-cat' dealerships of the big screw, where affordability is the 'sham.'
