Staff is always courteous and professional. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and I was only charged for what my vehicle needed and not what service indicator said I needed.

Online scheduling, good service Hours, & reasonable prices

I love how well you handle online scheduling requests compared to several other local GMC dealerships. You allow for online scheduling, confirm via e-mail, and reach out to me according to the response type I have selected. Unfortunately, many other service departments take my incoming request, and then just simply call me and leave a voice mail message that says to return their call. It defeats the purpose of the online scheduling, plus now, I have to return their call just to find out that they scheduled me! It is so frustrating. Even though I'm 40 miles from you, and unfortunately, had to purchase my vehicle from a different dealership just due to price, I STILL come back to you for service! Your prices are reasonable as well, and I never feel like you try to up-sell services or parts, which I really appreciate. I also really like that you have evening and even Saturday service hours to accomodate my work schedule and my commute - super helpful. Great job!

I always enjoy my trips to Mike Juneau's place. The car entrance is clean and quiet. All the workers are pleasant and respectful. The waiting room is clean, roomy, with computer access, and the coffee is great.

I can't say enough that's positive about this service department. Anytime I've ever had service, I've been greeted by a friendly face and they never make you feel silly if you ask what might be interpreted as a foolish question. They're willing to take you to your destination if you need them to, or you can wait in their very comfortable waiting area. The person doing the service on my car has always come in and let me know what's happening, so there are no surprises at the end. I also feel that they're not trying to push products that aren't absolutely necessary. I'd highly recommend this dealership.
