Four wheel drive problems.

Called service manager Rocky and tried to remedy problem over phone. No luck so was told to bring down to dealership when I could. Got there that afternoon and appointment was already made for the next day. Got loaner and waited for call next day that it was fixed. Computer update and it now works fine. Thank you Gross !

Great Service And Trustworthy!

I bought my car there, and have been there many times for service. They have always been reliable and honest with me. When I've had concerns and they've checked my car, if there is nothing in need of repair they tell me straight up, don't try to slide in extra work for a higher bill. Can be more expensive for some repairs (not across the board though), but sometimes it's worth it to pay a little more and know it's done right.

Terrible

I was treated like an idiot because I’m a female (when I’ve been working on vehicles for years), they tried to tell me a part needed replacing because it was broke and was going to cost $450 when in all reality it was recently replaced at $25 and wasn’t even broke, I brought my car in to be diagnosed and they didn’t even put it On the scan tool to check the code i told them was there, and they flat out said they were too scared to test drive it.

I had a oil change scheduled for my vehicle. Gross workers came to where I work and picked up my car. Then returned it before the end of the day. Such a great service and I didn’t need to take time out of my day for this. Very Much appreciated! Thanks!
