2022 Toyota Highlander

I had been searching for a used Highlander for months without any success (due to extremely high prices). I saw Superior Toyota's online advertisement for a new 2022 Toyota Highlander with $3000.00 off sticker, which was cheaper than any used one I had seen. I thought it was too good to be true but when they followed up about my inquiry I discovered it was in fact true and available. Gage was prompt and awesome at sending pics and answering any questions I had. The buying process was painless and they even delivered to my house in NC. Gage even sent a pic when the car was loaded on the trailer and getting ready to head my way. The delivery gentleman was super nice and I received a follow up text the next day checking to make sure I liked my new car, to remind me to download the Toyota app, and to thank me for my business. Will definitely do business with Superior Toyota in Parkersburg, WV again!! Awesome buying experience!!

Bob Crock is an excellent sales representative, he actually knows the details of the vehicles he is selling, that can't be said of most dealerships today. The customer generally knows more about what they are buying than the selling dealer. Not so with Bob and Superior.

I recently purchased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport from Superior Toyota. Everyone at the dealership was professional, friendly, and courteous. Before leaving, the salesman took the time to walk me through all of the controls in the double cab. This being my first truck, I really appreciated that courtesy. Kevin and my auto technician did a great job! They found a nail in my tire that most would never be able to detect. I can't say enough about how the Superior Service Center men go the extra mile for me. They even washed my car and cleaned off my mats. I am on a cane due to surgery and I truly appreciated the all-star service I received. Tommy Hathaway greeted me as I dropped off my car. He opened my door and welcomed me with a smile. Who does that in today's world? He learned from the best! Love the Hathaway family! Love the tradition of service and kindness. We will be buying more cars from Superior.

Pros and Cons

Pros-My experience was good for the most part. My sales person Bill Morgan was very helpful through out the process and made sure we got what we wanted. He also called me several days after my purchased and asked how I enjoy my vehicle and if there was anything my wife and I needed. The Cons- They had to order our new car(which isn't the problem) after agreeing on our trade in value and the price of our new car, several days later when the car arrived and we spoke to our sales person he told us the amount of the car but it was $500.00 more then what we agreed on. After questioning it he stated that his Sales Manager "took a second look at the numbers and can only give us that deal". I called the Manager directly and after speaking with him about the issue he changed the amount back to what we agreed on in the first place. If it wouldn't be for that I would not hesitate to go back.
