Old school personal feel in a modern dealership

Just cant' say enough good things about my purchase at Kent Parsons. Zero pressure, great communication and a family vide made the entire transaction a pleasure. They bent over backwards to make it enjoyable for my family and I through the entire process. Don't go to some big chain store, Kent Parsons will treat you like a person, not a number.

Great experience

Woody was attentive without being high pressure. He was knowledgeable, quick to respond to phone inquiries with specific, helpful answers and my experience with him by phone helped my willingness to drive from Fairfax County to Martinsburg to check out the car and your dealership. Once we decided to make the purchase, we found that working with Jessica was also pleasant and painless. Oh - and the connection didn't end with the sale. We've heard from Woody since then, tidying up a few loose ends (ordered us a manual that was missing from the car and how to get a second programmed key that was also missing). This kind of follow-up impressed me. It's also good business that says, "We'd like you back someday as a repeat customer. You guys were worth the drive. Love the MKZ!

Best Ford Service in Martinsburg

Of all the area dealers Parsons has the best diesel mechanics. Customer service is top notch and I always get a call explaining what is wrong and what is needed to repair my car or truck.

Good Service but Expensive to Replace a Wire

Kent Parsons Ford was very responsive to our problem, which arose as we were traveling to BWI for a vacation. In route,I called the dealership and spoke to a technician who calmed us enough to reach the airport. We enjoyed the vacation, although worried that the car would not start or not allow us to go 90 miles home. We were lucky, took it in the next morning, were given a loaner car, and called 3 days later to pick up our Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I am very satisfied with the dealership but not happy with the charge to replace a single wire that controlled coolant.

Great People and Service

I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge and just made the first payment when it made a horrible noise when i backed up. I was already upset but my husband set up an appointment ( I was in the next evening) The people there were so nice and even set up up with a rental car. This was a awesome for me I didn't have to stress over how I was going to get to work. I walked out of there feeling good and no anxiety. This means a lot to me because I have anxiety issues. I got my car back within 2 days. I am so grateful for all the people at kent Parson Ford. This was my first car that is all mine and they treated me like I was family. Thank You

2015 Ford Escape

I was treated with respect the minute that I walked up. Brett White greeted me and listened to what I had to say. He guided me through what I may or may not want. There was no pressure to do something that would be too difficult for me to maintain. I have expensive tastes. As a salesperson, Brett did just enough to get me to upgrade to something comfortable. This was very appreciated because I would have been upset and just had to leave if I had been shown something that I could NEVER afford but would most certainly have dreamed of having! Instead, he got the sale and a VERY happy customer. The entire team was spectacular, from the trade-in process (Richie) to the financing department (Jessica). This dealership is something special. Thank you all.

March Oil Change

I try to time my oil changes so I can get The Works and use a coupon for a rebate. Getting the car examined as well as the oil changed makes me feel more confident about its safety.
