He was able to quickly resolve my issue - which involved ordering a new tire and replacing it. He was able to accommodate rescheduling on my end as well and was able to get… me a loaner vehicle too. Have been a customer since 2008 and appreciate several times I have dropped in… without an appointment needing a quick adjustment. I can’t remember but they’re the best. My only problem is it’s a bit of a hassle… getting there because I live on the south side of Issaquah and it’s a bit of a journey, but they’ve always cooperated and gotten me loaner cars or dates that better fit my travel plans. His name is Bill Bellecourt! He remembers our names and always gives us the very best… advice. Whenever he sees me coming he has a Big smile on his face!
