I received outstanding service from start to finish. Isaac was great at explaining all the new details of the car, especially since I was not familiar with all of the options that the car includes. The financing process was a breeze and he (I'm sorry I can't remember his name at the moment) even found a better rate than I had found. I really appreciated that! I appreciate that everything was checked out completely (software upgrades, etc.) before I drove away as well. Wonderful team. I'm extremely pleased.

Working with Jim Berus was fantastic. I got in contact with Jim after having a poor experience at another dealership. Jim responded promptly, answered every question I asked in a thorough way, and was patient. Jim listened and made great suggestions, was very knowledgeable, and ultimately helped me purchase just the right car for a good price. He even picked my 9 yar old daughter and I up at the Edmonds ferry! I will definitely recommend Jim Berus to anyone I know who is looking for either a Volvo or a new car in the luxury class.

This was the best car-buying experience of my life. Winston Felix is, far and away, the most polite, kindest car salesmen with whom I've ever done business. I've never owned a Volvo before, but after experiencing how honestly he dealt with my girlfriend in her car buying experience, I may never drive anything else! She brought me along for protection from slimy car salespersons! At every other dealership we visited, it was a good thing. At Sandberg...she didn't need me there. They took great care of her and got her into the car she loved, at a price she could afford! Flawless Winston. Just flawless.
