onThis was the fifth car purchased and i find dealing with Honda of Fife to be a good experience with no pressure and friendly sales persons. Michael M. was very helpful and kind and Crystal in the internet sales department provided the information i needed. Will likely buy a few more cars and this was my 12th Honda, five from this dealer.

onThis was the fifth car purchased and i find dealing with Honda of Fife to be a good experience with no pressure and friendly sales persons. Michael M. was very helpful and kind and Crystal in the internet sales department provided the information i needed. Will likely buy a few more cars and this was my 12th Honda, five from this dealer.

onWe brought our 2013 pilot, which we bought here, in for an oil change. The salesman, Lyle, remembered us even though it has been almost a year since we bought the car. The service was friendly, efficient and thorough. I would and do recommend this dealership to friends and family.

onI purchased a car in June of 2012 through a Dealership in Lynnwood. Where I thought I was being taken care of. I attempted to trade my car in several times because I was unhappy with it from the start, and was told to wait on both counts. By the 10th month I had already paid what my car was worth, and still owed just under $7,000 with a 19% interest rate! I came across a car I liked in a magazine, and spoke to Cheryl K. From the beginning I knew Cheryl was the one I wanted to talk to about trading in my car, she spent hours with me trying to find the right car for me, that also fit my budget, and she did! My car is everything I have ever wanted and am extremely happy with my 08' Nissan Altima! She has made me a lifetime customer! I wouldn't think twice about going to anywhere but Honda of Fife. The entire experience was so much better than I had expected. If you want to trade, or buy a new or used car, go to Honda of Fife! Speak to Cheryl K. you won't regret it!!

Great experience buying my 2013 CR-Z

onI initiated contact online, and received a response within a few hours. I met with my sales person, Kari, the next evening. She worked with me to find the perfect CR-Z for me. My major requirement was the car needed to be PURPLE. When we were negotiating the deal, I was going to buy the blue-green because there were no brochures for this model/year, so color options appeared limited. When Kari left her office to consult with the financing guru, a co-worker informed her that they had received just that afternoon a purple CR-Z! It was in the dealer prep area, still had the plastic on the seats and wheels!. At that point I knew it was serendipity, or kar karma (as Kari put it) that this was the car for me. I was replacing my vehicle of 13 years (also purple) that was totaled, and waiting for my insurance company to work out a settlement with me, which I would use for my down payment. That process took two weeks, and Honda of Fife kept my car hidden away so it wouldn't be sold or seen by any other potential buyers. I don't know of any other dealership that would hold a car that long. The finance guru got me a competitive loan rate (my credit score is not that impressive). The rate he got for me beat the rate my bank of over six years quoted me. When I got my down payment, the process of finalizing the deal and picking up my car was very professional and seamless. I was introduced to the service department and made to feel like one of the family. I have not had the opportunity to visit the service department yet, but I expect that experience to be pleasant when the time comes. This was my best experience buying a car, and I love the Passion Berry Pearl color. It is a beautiful dark purple that is so intense you can get lost in it.

onAll of the staff at Honda of Fife were so friendly and helpful it didn't seem like we were in a car dealership. Cheryl K. went beyond the call of duty in trying to find the exact vehicle (Honda Odyssey) that we wanted. It took them a day to find it but they came through with everything we wanted and at a great price. Very nice people to work with.

Horrible service, terrible service manager!

onI had a wheel bearing going out on my Accord, it kept making a horrible grinding sound. I took it to Honda of Fife twice while it was under warranty. They were obviously not happy that I bought some excellent Bridgestone tires, and not thru them. They blamed the tires. I took it and had the tires rotated and the noise still came from only the right rear, but Honda of Fife refused to look at anything else and told me on the second visit it was still the tires. [violative content deleted]! I've been an aircraft mechanic for 24 years and tried to explain common sense troubleshooting but to no evale. Eventually it got so bad I had another mechanic diagnose it, but by this time I was just past my warranty I took it back to Fife and the Service Manager not only refused to even discount his work he was down right rude, nasty, and just worthless. Posted my complaints to Honda USA which probably amounted to nothing and changed the wheel bearing myself. I will always tell people to avoid this HORRIBLE dealership!!!!

Great People, Great Service

onI've been taking my 06 Accord to Honda of Fife since it was new. Even thought I didn't buy it there, they have done great work and they treat me well. I believe they want to please their service customers and have gone out of their way to do that for me, especially lately. It hasn't all been perfect. On one visit, the service advisor tried to do some upselling using their maintenance schedule instead of the maintenance minder in my car. I knew what I wanted and stuck to it. I've never had a problem with that again. The waiting room is nothing special but the chairs are comfortable, there are lots of magazines, and a TV is available. On those occasions when I've left my car, they've been willing to take me home or another location and have always been on time and courteous. I believe they also have loaners available but I've never needed that service. They always compliment me on how well I take care of my car and go out of their way to provide great service. I'm usually not a big fan of dealer service departments and I know I'm paying a premium but after hearing what some people go through, I'm more than satisfied with these folks. They've always made things right.

Poor service-and POOR mileage

onI took my 2009 Honda Civic in because it's consistently getting 23 mph city AND highway. The dealership required me to bring in information supporting my claim. I brought in more gas mileage information that what they required because I keep this information. I was told that "As far as Honda is concerned, there is no problem because your car is performing properly." It didn't matter that I had evidence that it was NOT functioning properly. I was kicked to the curb. If a Honda doesn't live up to the advertised fuel economy estimates, the company just says you're wrong and they call it good. I call it denial and poor service. They're ignoring this just like Toyota ignored feedback. I got a lemon!
