The service manager Tim exceeded my expectations with the repair of my 2011 Chevy Camaro. The car was still under warranty and the local dealer would not repair my car, I called Tim and he made all the arrangements for me to bring my car in and the job that was done is fantastic. Thank you Burien Chevrolet, I highly recommend your dealership both sales and service.

Bad Customer Service

Terrible Car Buying Experience I would not buy a car from Burien Chevrolet, I just purchased a vehicle and after driving it for five days I found a malfunctioning item on my car that was manipulated to seem as it was working properly for the sale of the vehicle. Not even five days after I purchased the vehicle did the part start to malfunction. I returned to the Burien Chevrolet to have a few items that were broken and not found during their Certified Pre Owned Check List. (I would question that check list) I informed Burien Chevrolet of the problem of the manipulated item that was starting to malfunction, I was told they were not going to cover the whole cost of replacing the item, and told by Tony Michaels (GM) the follow. Its not in their margin to cover it, they have done enough, and best of all, I should have found it when I was buying the vehicle and asked for more before I purchased it. Tony Michaels then proceeded to tell me hes a numbers guy and thats just not in his numbers . Burien Chevrolet, I did look for the malfunctioning part before I purchased the vehicle, but when someone manipulates an item to hide it, its hard to ask for more I would not spend my Christmas money with Dealership.

2007 Trailblazer Service

2007 Trailblazer in for service, The Service department was accomidating in creating and maintaining the appointment, wait time was minimal. Service persons were very friendly and informative. The only issue I have is that the waiting area is a bit spartan and the furnishings are designed for undertall people, the table & chairs look have come from an elementary school. might be ok for a younger person but those of us woth health issues ( back,knees,etc) have difficulty getting into and out of these chairs. Thank you for the Coffee & Water. A service person turned on the television but she walked away and did not make sure it was running properly, all that appeared was electronic snow. My SUV was service quickly and washed and cleaned and I appreciate that, the price was reasonable. All in all the experience was good.

An Amazing Car! An Even More Amazing Sales Experience!

I was looking for a Buick for my wife, Regina, and met with disappointment when the car that fit her needs turned out to be a smelly, stale, dirty ashtray of a Buick. Shame, shame. That was Monday. On Thursday about 15 minutes before leaving for work, I searched the Internet by typing "Used Buick LaCrosse." I could hardly believe my eyes. I saw a 2008 Buick Lacrosse with less than 18,000 miles sitting at Burien Chevrolet waiting for Regina! That was around 2:00 a.m. I woke up Regina and told her that I inquired about an incredible deal that we would be checking out when I got off work at 12:30 p.m. When I got home, Regina was ending a call with Jamal B., Internet Sales, Burien Chevrolet. We headed out for Burien, hoping that the LaCrosse would still be there and it was! No smelly, dirty, ashtray of a car. Just a beautiful, well-maintained Buick LaCrosse. Yippee! Jamal was there to meet us and made us feel welcome. He was quick to make arrangements for a test drive while he further arranged for Regina's trade in to be appraised while we were on the road. When we returned, Jamal made an offer that we would not be able to refuse. We spent the next 45 minutes filling out the paperwork. During that time Regina remembered that she could not open the glove compartment on the trade in so she asked Jamal if he could arrange that. He did so and that was a relief to Regina. We headed home in Regina's almost new car within two hours after arriving at Burien Chevrolet. Internet price was just under $4,000 of the price listed on the car! When we arrived home, we noticed that the car had no floor mats. We contacted Jamal to find out how he could help us get some mats. Jamal was able to enlist the support of his manager to get a set of floor mats at a reduced cost. Now we wait for the mats while I watch Regina enjoy her amazing car which now sits in our carport because an amazing salesman, Jamal B., took good care of us. Jamal never once rushed us or gave the impression that he had to make a sale. He let us go at our own pace and made the experience a pleasant one. Thank you Jamal!

I purchased a 2013 Sonic LT on 3-14-13 from Burien Chevrolet. I really like this little car!!! It is a 1.4 Turbo LT. It,s fun to drive and handles great. I really had not planned on buying the day I was there. I was just looking at different vehicles at several dealerships trying to find something I liked. I had purchased a 2009 HHR from the Burien dealership and had a good experience. Anyway after a couple of cups of coffee and some negotiations with Troy and Shane we made a deal and I left with a new vehicle. Everybody at Burien Chevrolet are easy to work with and a pleasure to deal with. I have talked with many dealerships over the many years of buying cars and Burien Chevrolet ranks at the top!!!! Buying with them has always been a good experience for me and I recommend them to anyone.

I went in not expecting much because I've only had my previous car for about a year and a half and I wanted to trade it in. The staff at Burien Chevy are so friendly and so helpful! Everyone had a smile and great customer service! The salesman who assisted me today was Todd T. This guy was great! He didn't make me feel presured into anything I didn't want and he went above and beyond to make sure I got exceptional Service! The test drive for my new Chevy Cruze was a great experience! Todd was very informative and showed me the different functions of my new car.Tony M. gave me the best price for my trade in and even helped me out by goin up on it so the banks would work with me! Kristi, the finance manager, was the best! She made sure she covered all of the different banks to help me stay around the monthly payments that fit my budget and was very informative as well! This establishment definitly gave me the best deal possible with the car that i love! Thanks Burien Chevy!

After an extensive string of bad faith dealings with other car dealerships while searching for a new car, Burien Chevrolet was just what we needed to restore our faith in humanity. All I can say is Wow. I mean Wow. They were fair, low pressure, and Austen Wells the sales manager was an exceptional listener. He heard what I was saying and what I wanted and did the best he could to provide that. And was successful at it - exceeding our expectations in every way both in price and product! Brett Anderson our sales person was helpful and low pressure as well. I would definately recommend Burien Chevrolet! In fact save yourself a lot of misery and go to Burien Chevrolet first!

Over one week I visited 10 dealerships in my local area knowing exactly what wanted. I bought my vehicle here bc of the servies and followup. Austin the sales mgr called me and made the deal happen. Jack my salesman was great as well. I love my new Avalanchee...it was EXACTLY what I wanted. The price was more than I wanted to pay but I knew that was impossible to begin with. These guys were able to meet me half way from giving me more than what my trade in was worth to giving me what i wanted with teh best possible price. The follow up has been great. I would recommend this to all sailors and soldiers..its worth the drive!

First of all, I would highly recommend Burien Chevrolet to anyone wishing to purchase a new or used vehicle. My wife and I have both purchased a number of vehicles in the past and we both agree, this was by far the best car buying experience we have had. From the moment we arrived at Burien Chevrolet, we were greeted by Troy Davenport and the sales manager. Both gentlemen were very professional. Troy was able to answer all of our questions before and during our test drive. There was no pressure and no "game" playing throughout the entire purchase. The trade-in offer presented was exactly what we were looking for and within a short time, we were driving off in our new vehicle. And to top it off, we asked if they could remove our personalized license plate frame so we could take it with us. Not only did Troy remove it, he installed it on our new vehicle. Our buying experience with the professionals at Burien Chevrolet couldn't have been more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody. Mike and Joanne Neher

Until yesterday I had never purchased a new vehicle though I have owned a few used cars. When I got promoted 6 months ago I felt it was finally time to upgrade. I did plenty of research online and narrowed my list to the Chevy Malibu and the Nissan Altima based on what I liked and needed. Now I had a few choices for dealerships living in the First Hill area of Seattle and I went to 1 Nissan Dealership and 2 other Chevy lots before I made my way to Burien Chevrolet. After driving both the Malibu and Altima I was sold on the Malibu but the first two dealerships left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't know that if it was because I was a woman or what but I felt the salesmen didn't respect me enough to answer my questions on the vehicle or they just didn't know as much about the vehicle as I did. I felt way too pressured and as if they really didn't care about me, I was ready to give up on my hunt for a Malibu. I was recommended Burien Chevrolet by a coworker who purchased a Volt there and decided to give Chevy on more shot. The salesman, Jamal Barnett, was very courteous and I really didn't fell like he pressured me. He more or less helped me find the white diamond car of my dreams. The management there was pretty friendly too and I was in and out of the finance office in less than 30 minutes. I will be recommending Burien Chevrolet to all my friends and family from now one and doing my service work there. Katie H.

Great Overall Experience

My husband and I decided on a Chevrolet Equinox after driving a rental car on vacation. We had been Toyota and Nissan buyers our entire lives but the Equinox surprised us with its technology and ride. I requested a quote and was immediately contacted by Austin the sales manager. We agreed on a price and set up a time for him to see our 2001 Corolla for trade. We showed up expecting something to go wrong but we were pleasantly surprised with the whole process. It was nice to meet the manager right away. He honored the price that we agreed to and helped us to get a Great interest rate thru Alaska Credit Union. I love my new Equinox and we will be back soon to buy my husband something new! Great overall experience.

Very shady dealership

I bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado 3500HD a few months ago from this dealer and had the worst possible experience in my life from any dealer. I caught the salesman lying on numerous occasions and promised me things and never followed through on anything. I had a liner sprayed in the back and a box installed after I had bought the truck, so I dropped it off for the work to be done and the next day I got a call from them saying that my truck was in an accident and needed some body work done.. They handled it very poorly and even accuse me of asking for a hand out when I asked them for a truck as a loaner! I had the simonize coating sprayed on before they crashed my truck and asked them to at least re spray the left rear panel that had to be fixed and repainted. They wouldn't even return my call.... They got their $50,000 for the truck right? So what do they care now? So I pretty much bought a new truck that already had major body work done on it. Overall I think Burien Chevrolet is the worst dealer in the state and the people there are... Well, I shouldn't say. I will for sure never go back there and make sure I tell all my friends to never buy a truck from them.
