oncouldn't believe the Works costs $150 now. It was 50-60 in North Cal dealership w/ coupon but now the coupon will only reduce 10 bucks. The waiting area needs improvement. No other complains given this is the only dealership serves on Saturday which is better than other local Ford dealers.

onI had an excellent experience at Autonation Ford. The team was very communicative from the beginning, starting with the online inquiry, and continued to provide great service throughout the sales process until I drove out with my new Mach-E. I had done extensive research prior to purchasing the vehicle, and George was able to answer all of my questions without issue and demonstrated the features I had requested during our test drive. I felt well informed of my choices and did not feel pressured to make my decision at any point, which is a big plus for me. I've never financed a vehicle before, but Hunter was a pleasure to work with and was, once again, able to answer my questions without any trouble.

onRecently purchased a used car from this dealership, my experience with the purchase of the car was pretty standard and long as you can expect when buying a car, was passed around from sales person to sales person trying to get a fair value for my trade in. There was some damage to the car I was buying that had happened while the car was on the lot (door dings, paint scratches, and curbed wheels). I was not impressed with the process of buying a car from this dealership but the service department really made my experience here top notch. Signed in the purchase agreement they offered to fix the body issues with the car and Sergio contacted me personally about a week after my purchase and did a phenomenal job fixing the body work in a matter of hours. I was able to drive the car home same day.

Better Improvement in Service

onFrom my last service after couple of days I experienced Ford EcoSport not running smoothly. During my recent service the team able to identify the problem and fixed. It would be appreciated if all checks done in same slot rather splitting schedules like wheel balance, electrical checks, oil changes as separate.

Wasted my time and money

onI dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday for a diagnostic with the the promise that I'd hear something back late the next day. With that and repairs I'd planned for them to have it about a week. I had to call then that Saturday. Or course there was no one that could help me but I was supposed to get a call from the manager. Nothing. That Monday, I had to call and found out Nothing but an oil change was done. I still don't know what's wrong with my truck. I'm out rental fees for no reason. I was also promised a call as to what happened and STILL nothing. I will not be going back. I live too far away to make a worthless trip again only to waste my time and money.

No technicians, no service provided

onCalled and made a service appointment (2 weeks in advance) for an oil change and notified the employee that I would be waiting and asked about how long the appointment would be. They noted about 90 min. Arrived for my appointment at 7:00am, which is when the service department opens. I checked in with no issues and again noted I would be waiting and confirmed an approx. 90 min wait time with the employee. I sat in the waiting area and started working on my laptop. a few minutes passed and another employee came over and stated they had no technicians to do an oil change. Very confused, I asked how they had no technicians for my appointment, especially at opening time when servicing vehicles starts. The employee stated that he has no time frame as to when the work could be completed as they have no technicians. That was the only explanation I received with no apology or attempt to fix the issue. The employee was confrontational and not pleasant. I forgot to get his name, hopefully he was not a manager. I will never use this dealership again. I have never had this issue dealing with the dealerships in Kent, Auburn, and Renton, but those are not "Auto Nation", which is apparently a good thing! Please train your staff at better customer service. And why are there no technicians available when the service department opens?

An Unpleasant and Potentially-Expensive Experience

onMy experience with this dealer was most certainly unpleasant. After requesting an appointment two-and-a-half weeks in advance, the day finally arrived to turn my car over to the service department, early in the morning at 7 am (on a day I had to specifically request off from work to attend). I was informed I would receive a text message when they got around to working on it. Later that night, at 8 pm, I realized it was unlikely I would receive my car back or get a call. I had received no communication informing me that the car would be held overnight. The next morning, I called to ask if the dealership would furnish a loaner vehicle, since they were taking a long time just to diagnose mine. I was advised they would not, and no longer, furnish vehicles for loan to customers. I asked for immediate updates when my car would be serviced and was told they would reach out to me before the end of the day. At 3 pm, it was looking unlikely I would receive my vehicle back before a long weekend, so I requested they make it available before end of day. It was only at this time that they told me they were reviewing my vehicle and diagnosing issues. They immediately sent me a bill for ~$5600 and asked me to confirm the charges through their websites. The car is covered by 100k-mile warranty for transmission-related issues and has been fixed multiple times by Ford dealerships (at-cost for Ford) in years past, but this one wanted over $4000 for parts and labor. When I arrived to pick up the car at the end of the day, they were polite enough to understand they could not charge me the $255 service fee for diagnosis of the car, which was appreciated. However, there was a disagreement at the desk about what my warranty covered, and the disagreement told me enough to know that they had not reviewed my repair history or the active warranties in my vehicle history. Ultimately, having this dealership diagnose my car (for an issue I had already informed them about) cost me about $112 out of pocket and 48 hours of my time badgering them for an update, just to tell me what I already knew without fixing a single thing. It is unlikely I will ever return to this location by choice and, from a customer's perspective, I do not feel they are respectful of my time or vehicle.

Excellent service center!

onThe service team was friendly and tentative upon arrival for my appointment. I was due for more than the routine oil change. The service writer was very helpful with what services I needed and did not need. They were understandably busy but did offer free shuttle home (via Lyft) and free pick up when the vehicle was ready. The service price was as expected, no surprise charges. Best of all, my truck is running noticeably better than before I brought it in. I’m a happy customer.
