Winter tire installation

I brought my 911 Porsche in to have winter tires installed. I supplied them with almost new takeoff wheels and they did the rest. They did a great job of getting it done!!!

One year service - first service

Bellevue Porsche did a nice job of communicating and reminding the timing, date and representative for the service. There was a parking brake warning that took a bit to chase down and repair. Anastasia was very helpful and kept me updated via text. All work was covered by either purchase or warranty.

Porsche Macan first year service

This year I had my first service for my new Macan at Porsche Bellevue. The service was complimentary since it was the first but I have to say folks did a great job to perform all what was needed, the car was ready on time and they offered me Lyft rides to work after I left the car to them and to come back (nice little touch that not all dealership do). They also call me back for a couple of recall campaigns that got addressed in a few hours totally free of charge and with the same great experience.

Super expensive for careless documentation

Super expensive for careless documentation 600+ dollars for an oil change - multiple times than any Porsche dealership across the other side the continent... Aside, regarding inspection work, the technicians have barely any sense of documentation of notes for the work and just mention randomly selective items at all while the consultants and managers not insisting any further. Nothing malicious at all, actually even rather quite responsive communications, really just simply low standards and not striving for anything better than getting it over with or fixing it when it breaks, with high prices yet the only Porsche dealership in the region, which might have been both the reason and the result, perhaps.
