Worst place to go

12/29/2023 Dont ever come to this place.... I hadcl changed the tire from this place... been doing oil change for whole time i had jeep... they supposed to have said during tire change that they will honor tire rotation... all of sudden today they said they dont do that ever..... done with this dealship .... 01/05/2022 Review 11:42 AM This place is really don't give crap about there customer. I reached out 6 times, 4 times I kept VM but no one responded. I had done the windshield change on Dec 12 but since then my lane sensing and forward collusion has stopped working. Even after so many calls no one responded I ended up going on there FB and messaged there someone there did responded but it was 2 hours back and no one has yet responded 11:42 AM 11/28/2022 Review Tried reaching out to GM on 11/28/2022 was on hold for 15 min then line got cut... if I press sales number it goes through and they tried to transfer but has not worked. Ill request to talk to GM when I'm there on Dec 12 or they can reach out to me on my number; which can be derived from appointment which was scheduled on 11/23 8:00 AM or One which is scheduled for 12/12 10 AM Original Review How ridiculous it is to get on schedule for windshield, oil and tire rotation three week in advance and then when you reach dealership service person says we can only give you quote for windshield today. Is that a joke? Who schedules a time 3 weeks in advance at 8.00 AM on bla date and only gets quote for windshield. Ruined entire Thanksgiving weekend because of this. Finally ended up getting schedule of dec 12 Im not blaming anyone but hope autonation improves on these kind of things

45 min oil change...3 hrs later

Although I didn't purchase my new Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. I choose to take my vehicle here for my first oil change. Upon arriving at the dealership and checking in for my scheduled appt., I was informed that it would be a 45 min. wait. So, I elected to wait in the lounge. After waiting patiently for 2 hrs, I checked with the service advisor and I was informed that my vehicle was just placed on the rack and it would be another 30 mins. 3 hrs later I was sent a text message that my Jeep was ready. It would have been nice if I was notified ahead of time that they were running behind...poor customer service. Especially since I had advised the service advisor that I would be waiting at the dealership during my service. When picking up my keys, the advisor attempted to provide me with a couple Brown Bear car wash coupons. I declined since I only hand wash my vehicles. They didn't even vacuum.

Refreshing to get real service

I'm just so happy with this dealership and the way I'm treated verses the other dealership I'd been going to prior. This dealership diagnoses the problem, gives you an update on what's happening and how much it's going to cost and gets the work done right in a timely manner. I'm very impressed and we will be purchasing our next vehicle from here.

Experience was fine, prices are not competitive

In general, the service experience was fine. I just went in for a 10K service (oil change, rotate tires, etc.) For my previous car, the dealer had basic services (oil/rotation) covered at a rate that was just a little higher than the local oil change shop. That ensured that I was loyal to the dealer service department and then when I needed more services, I just had them do those services as well. With AutoNation, they are not trying to be competetive for those basic services. Just the oil change and rotating the tires was over $150 before taxes and fees. That is just way too much. For that cost differential, I'll just go to the local oil change show and be less likely to use them for other repairs unless the local mechanic cannot figure it out.

Flat Tire

Service at the Bellevue Jeep was great and I am satisfied. However, the warranty system is broken, it took two weeks to get the claim approved. Since this was a tire I was forced to use my spare tire. This left me with no spare tire and interfered with plans. This delay makes me question whether I should make future tires purchases from AutoNation/Jeep.

Jeep Service

My Jeep was towed in to your location. I never received any confirmation that it was received or would be serviced. I called and left messages over 14 days (10 messages) and never received a call back. I actually had to drive into your shop to see if the car was there before I filed a police report for a stolen vehicle. They had my keys but did not know what car they went to (battery was dead so they car would not chirp to find). I don't know if the vehicle would have ever been serviced if I had not had to take an Uber to and from your location when looking for my vehicle. Once the vehicle was found the service was good but I still received conflicting emails that my regular appointment was still scheduled when I had received texts that the car was complete. Confusing and frustrating.

Terrible communication and expensive!

I booked my 60,000 mile maintenance online. It was for 7 am so about 2 days before my appointment I thought I’d call to ask if I could drop it off the evening before. No one would answer their phone. Called the day before… again no answer. I emailed the reminder email back (because it looked like an email from an actual person) and texted back the reminder text. Still nothing. My husband stopped at the dealership that day to ask, where he was finally given an answer. He also asked for the estimate of the maintenance checkup. An estimate was printed and the quote was $1800. Gulp…. Luckily we were able to go through it and weed out the services we did not need. Plus I was able to drop my car off in the evening. Which was a plus. The next day I called them first thing in the am, the time I was told to call and no answer. Luckily I was called back shortly after so we could discuss what exact services we wanted (which was minimal). Around 12 noon, I had not heard anything and needed my car back by 2 pm, so I called the service “manager’s” (Marcelino) direct number (as I was told to do). No answer so I left a message. I waited until 115pm and called again, left another message. About 20 minutes later he called me back explaining how busy they were (I get it). Said he had to go down the street and check on my car because their service center is not on site. Said he would call me back. I get a text at 152 pm stating the tech is about done with the vehicle. I text him back stating I am hoping to get there around 3pm, as I have had to make some different arrangements for my appointments this afternoon. No response. I was unable to get there by 3, but got a text at 321pm that my car was done but I needed a caliper replaced. I was able to get the the dealership about 530pm to pick up the car. Marcelino stated that I needed both rear calipers replaced which would cost about $1,100 plus break pads which run $150-$200 per set. I paid for my service, he handed me my receipt and I asked for a print out of the estimate for the calipers. He said he didn’t print it but would write it on my receipt. He wrote $1,500!! I asked if this was with the break pads and he said no. Then I mentioned that he had just given me a price of about $1,100. And he said nope, $1,500. Doing some research, I also have an extended warranty (which they know about) that covers these calipers. This place is crazy and just tries to take your money and have terrible communication. I have yet to find a jeep dealer in the Seattle area that is honest as I’ve had a terrible experience with others.

Terrible Experience

This was the worst service experience I have had in almost 30 years of owning vehicles. Made an appointment for the first oil change on my new Promaster van as well as a request to look at the frequent automatic changing of the digital speed display from MPH to KPH even though the setting is MPH. You can read about this behavior on forums and I let the service advisor know that I was not changing the settings. This was Monday at 7:30am and was told they may need to keep it over night. I never heard from the dealer on Monday. I never heard from the dealer on Tuesday by the end of the day and called to get a voicemail, so I left one. I also emailed the service advisor and was told he would look into it first thing in the morning. I never heard from them by close of business on Wednesday. I called only to get another voicemail and I left another one. I decided to go to the dealership Thursday in the morning on my way to work to figure out what was doing on. When I got there I waited (without even being acknowledged) while the service advisor and what looked like one of the techs chatted away for about 10 minutes. When I was finally helped, I was told they were short staffed and had not even started on the van yet. I got a call Thursday afternoon informing me the van was done and I could pick it up. This story gets even better... I was told the MPH/KMH issue was my fault as I was changing the settings. When I go to drive away I then noticed the dash below the stereo has a large gap where the clips are not seated. I've owned this van for six months and this has never been an issue unit I picked up the van. I went and grabbed the service advisor before leaving the grounds to show him this and he said they could warranty it as it looks like it "warped" and I should setup an appointment. I went home and unscrewed the cover and pulled it off the dash and, right away, could see what the issue was... the clips had been broken when the dash was removed by being overly stressed. Now, I have a loose dash that can only be remedied by replacing due to the damage. Before you reply with a cookie-cutter canned "please call so we can find a solution", there is no way I am every going to let your staff anywhere near my vehicles again.

Brennen and the team are 1st class

After living in PNW for 9 years and constantly being disappointed with the service centers in the area...finally a shop that is clear and willing to help out. I found a coupon for an oil change which is how i stumbled onto Autonation, after getting my JL oil change the day prior I decided to run my WK up for an oil change, I was shocked when Brennen brought it up that I had a recall (which I knew but every time I went to schedule at the dealer nearest me...I live in Renton I could not get in touch or it was 6 months for one reason or another) and to absolute shock he said if you can leave it with us we can get to it today! Absolutely floored by the willingness to go above and beyond, this was the a level of engagement I was looking for coming from CO where my dealer got all my business because they were competitive and they tried! Now here is the sad part, I am moving from the area at the end of April...so go figure!
