I had 4 new tires put on my vehicle. In addition, a oil change as well as a complete inspection. The employees were friendly, courtesy, and honest.

It was a wonderful experience!!! The staff was very friendly and more than willing to answer any questions that I had. They went out of their way to make buying a vehicle a good experience!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is buying a vehicle.

My husband & I have never been treated so well by a car dealership! We were so pleased with our 1st purchase, we came back 2 days later & bought another car! We bought 2 cars because the price was so good we could not resist buying 2!! We had only planned on buying 1. Your representative Becky Murray was so KIND - we would recommend her to anyone! Pat in the finance department was super nice too!! We also met the owner! The dealership was having Pizza @ lunch time & shared with us too, along with popcorn & cold water on a hot day. EVERYONE at Freedom Chevrolet in Big Stone Gap, Virginia was extremely nice!! Which is rare for everyone at the dealership to be so kind!! They made you feel like family & I would recommend them to anyone!! We are enjoying our 2 yellow (almost identical) 2015 Chevrolet Sonic LT hatchbacks!! They llama k great in our driveway - side by side! Thanks Freedom Chevrolet for hiring such awesome people & to Chevrolet for making such great cars!!!! The Johnson family thanks you!!
