Excellent experience- Return customer!

Haedn & Justin were great salesmen to work with. No pressure, answered all of my questions and helped me get a good deal. Jamie and Candace were great answering other questions about financing and warranties. Overall it was a great experience that I've come to expect as a return SW customer.

Awesome experience - great salesman

We were looking for a smaller SUV to replace our mid sized sedan. Safety ratings were my biggest factor followed by comfort and looks. I was surprised to find the Toyota Rav4 at the top of my list. I went to Stephen Wade to check them out. I told them at the reception desk I just wanted to look and wasn’t looking to buy just yet. They set me up with Sam Wright. He was super kind and not pushy at all. He was fine with taking the time to show me around knowing I wasn’t intending to purchase right away. He said that if he treated me right and helped me now, when I was ready to buy, I would come back and he could sell to me then. It was all about building the relationship for him and he treated me exactly like a long time customer that you want to keep around. After listening to what I wanted he suggested the Venza instead of the Rav4. The Venza fit exactly what I was looking for and more. So much so that I took my husband back later that day and two days later and a lot of research, we purchased the Venza. We were treated like VIP customers throughout the entire experience and never pushed to make a decision. The four things that sold me on buying the car earlier (by two months) than expected: 1- how friendly, knowledgeable & willing Sam was to just work with us whether we bought today or in July, 2- the beautiful car that checked off my entire list & had great reviews and ratings, 3- it just seemed like the right time in the market for us after doing some research, and 4- we have always had great service at Stephen Wade with our Tacoma. Thank you Sam Wright & Jim Anderson (in financing) for a wonderful experience! We love our Toyota Venza!

2020 Tundra

I’ve called 5 other dealers here in Las Vegas and from just talking to Donnie over the phone I was pleased with his attitude. Not only did he beat the other competition in price, he took great care to explain, an show me the features of my new truck. This is a guy I would send my family and friends too in a heart beat. New Car, New Experience

We Moved to Nevada in 2016 and already had 2 Toyotas, (Camry Tacoma). Steven Wade Toyota was closer to us so we used them for service and found them to be highly superior than any other service department we had ever dealt with including the dealership where we purchased our vehicle. When it came time to consider a replacement for our Camry our first stop was to Steven Wade. We did some research and found some prices for vehicles in the Las Vegas area and knew that some of the advertised prices were lower but made the decision to shop Steven Wade first. We were considering 2 different vehicles and had lots of questions. We were greeted by Mike C., our salesman, and discussed with him our requirements and desires. He presented us with several options and answered many questions. He was very friendly and gave us plenty of time to consider the information presented. When we finally made the decision, we returned and found it one of the most pleasant vehicle purchases we have ever made. Both Mike and Candice (in finance) made the process easy and were very considerate of our time. We drove away with our New Camry (our 3rd one) knowing we were treated fair in the purchase and confident that our services needs will be just as pleasant. Thanks Steven Wade.

Awesome experience - twice in about two months time!

My husband and I have purchased 2 trucks in the past couple of months. We first purchased a 17' Tundra at the end of July, and a new 19' Tacoma at the end of September. Both times we worked with Cory W. He was an excellent sale rep. We did our online review of the inventory before our visit, so we knew just what we were interested in considering. He listened to our questions and answered them factually and quickly. If he wasn't sure, he tracked down the info we were looking for. We also had excellent experiences with Gio (slaes manager) and with Nate in financing. I know sales is a high pressure environment, but we never felt pressured or pushed into any decision we made in our purchases. We felt confident in the knowledge and experience and feel that we received a great deal, and we received great customer service as well. Ed is the perfect salesman. No pressure, super polite, professional, always answered our strange questions and we REALLY appreciate him SO much! We drove two hours to the dealership, from Bryce, to get a battery in the service depot. We left in a new vehicle & Ed put it all together for us. Thank you Ed! Our car buying experience was fantastic

My husband and I have been married for 19 years and have never owned a brand new car. After having car issues on and off for a few years, and feeling that my husband was spending all his free time in the garage trying to fix these problems, we decided it was time for a first. Our first brand new car. We did some research on brands and makes of cars that fit our needs and then headed down to Steven Wade Toyota with one specific car in mind. Ryan Wright was the first sales guy to approach us. Ryan was very personable, friendly, and informative. He took extra time to listen to our stories. He asked specific questions to make sure that all of our vehicle needs were being fulfilled in the car we were choosing. The process of buying a brand new car is a little time consuming, but Ryan and the Nate Wallace in the finance department were great at making it an easy process. I was kinda blown away about how simple and quick we could go look at, sit in, test drive, then drive home with a brand new car! Our car literally had only 9 miles on it before we took it for our test drives. The warranty that comes with the car is absolutely stellar and I am so excited that my husband won't have to do anything to this vehicle except to drive it for many years to come. And to top it off Steven Wade treated us with a gift bag which included some extra little gifts that were very thoughtful and useful to help make buying our new car one of the best things that has ever happened to us. I am blown away impressed with the whole experience and can say without a doubt that Ryan, Nate and Steven Wade Toyota made all our first time car buying dreams come true.

Stay away!

The car problem wasn't apparent on inspection or a test drive.Huge transmission problem which shows at high temps.This dealership knowingly sold me a lemon.

I was regretting having to shop for a new car. I walked into Steven Wade Toyota and came across Brian Gates, Internet Sales and Leasing. I told him I was looking for a new car. From that moment on Brian made the entire experience non-stressful, answering all my questions honestly, and did not play any car salesman games with me. Brian found the exact car I was looking for and I was in-and-out in 2 hours! I highly recommend Steven Wade Toyota, and especially, Brian Gates!

Our sales rep, Bracken, was awesome!

Our sales rep, Bracken, was kind, courteous, and helpful. The only problem with our visit is that even though I came in know exactly which vehicle I wanted, I was there 5 hours from start to finish. The only thing that made it tolerable was that Bracken went out of his way to make sure we comfortable, and entertained why we waited for the finance person to help us, and for our car to be detailed. We were also pleased with the goody bag they gave us after we purchased the car, and the Toyota hoodie they gave us.

Great experience!

The sales team was great! We found the SUV we wanted after driving a few and our salesman was very patient with us as we talked about what we wanted. I did not feel rushed at all. Once we had purchased it the financing was quick and the setup of the new car was what impressed me the most. They had someone set up specifically to walk me through ALL of the features of the car, which I really appreciated. We had a great experience!!

Used car was not thoroughly inspected as reported

I bought a 2008 Prius back in 2013. Sales staff were very friendly and initially helpful. The car needed a final "check" before I could pick it up. They were also supposed to replace the windshield wipers. Twice I arrived at appointed time to drive car home and it was not ready. Since I lived over 50 miles from the dealer ship, and was quite inconvenienced, they finally assured me it was ok to take the car "as is" and just bring it back in when I was in town next. Within a week of driving my new "used" car, the "Check Engine" light appeared. I called Stephen Wade Toyota who assured me it was most likely a sensor problem, but to bring it down next time I came to town. I brought it back to them fairly soon as I wanted to ensure it was nothing serious. They reset the sensor telling me that it was just from the car "sitting on the lot for a long time” and that it was the car's way of ensuring everything was regularly checked. I drove it home. The "check engine" came back on within another week. I again called Stephen Wade Toyota and this time made an appointment for them to run a full check. The appointment which I had allotted 2 hours for, took over 3 hours. They found there was an air hose leak and fixed it. About a year after purchasing the car, my gas mileage started becoming less efficient and the engine was burning oil. I regularly had to 'top off' the oil between oil changes. The "check engine" light started coming on intermittently. Because it wasn't staying on, we thought it may be an air filter that needed changed. We made sure we followed up on all the recommended maintenance including engine flush and filter changes. Less than 2 years after purchasing the car, the "check engine" light was now staying on more than not. I took it in to Stephen Wade Toyota. The mechanics were friendly and helpful. After 2 hours, the mechanic called me to give me the bad news that oil has been leaking into the catalytic converter. The entire engine needed to be replaced. The mechanic took a great deal of time educating me about the problem and what it would take to fix ($6000). However, when we called back to ask specific questions such as "how does this happen to an engine?" or "what possible causes are there for this?" we were given no answers, only the cost to fix it. So, here was a car that we still owed $9,000 on - now completely useless unless we spent another $6,000 to fix it. It was the first car we had ever purchased from Stephen Wade Toyota. And now, it only lasted less than 2 years. This is a TOYOTA!!. We have been loyal Toyota customers for years. Our Landcruiser which is our main family car has almost 300,000 miles on it and our mechanic tells us will easily give us another 100,000. For the engine to go out in a Toyota with only 150,000 miles is NOT usual, and is NOT normal, and NOT acceptable. We have been trying to contact the dealership for the last several days to get more answers but our phone calls are disconnected. We can't even get through to the service department. We are going to have to take this to Corporate due to the local dealership lack of follow up and care to ensure they sold a quality product. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing a used car from Stephen Wade as their claims of "certified" and "inspected" are a hoax. Maybe they sell some good cars, but they are certainly not willing to accept responsibility for when they failed to do their inspections.
