Nothing but greatness. Our salesmen was Fernando and he was polite, informative, patient, and above all friendly. Big smiles before he even knew we were serious about a purchase. This is my 3rd vehicle to buy from this dealer and I have yet to be unsatisfied.

Our sales consultant Justin Constancio was great and my wife and I decided on the F250 that just happened to be on the lot with the color, engine, extras that we were looking for. Justin made it fun, had a sense of humor, and very patient as we finally made the deal. Highly recommend Justin, he'll definitely answer your questions and not pressure you to sign anything. Looking for a Ford, give these folks a visit!

2017 F250 to pull my Camper

The salesman listened to what I wanted and complied with all my request. Most of the car buying salesman stuff did not happen. Be honest with them and they will be honest with you. I did mentioned many times that I was buying the truck 2017 F250 to pull my camper and didn't notice it didn't have an Integrated TBC (Trailer Brake Controller) Shame on me but also shame on them. This is a $300 option that I would have asked to be added at the time of sale. I will be going back here for my next car!

Great salesman not so great deal

Salesman JT was excellent. The only thing I have an issue with is the price advertised on the Internet is not what you are offered and when you try to get it they changed the price on the tint and nitrogen for tires to raise the price back up. No wonder a lot of people feel cheated.

Poor Customer Service

I took my 2016 Ford truck in for 10,000 mile service. I purchased the truck from Waxahachie Ford and this was my second service. The first service was awesome. I waited 4 hrs for the service ,which I'm not upset about. I got the truck back and was inspecting things and it was obvious my tires had not been rotated. The wheels were dirty and there was NO signs of cap being removed or wheels being pulled off of vehicle. The wheels with brake dust were still in the front. When I got home I checked tire pressures and it was obvious the pressures had not been checked either. I questioned the service advisors and got a lot of attitude in response. Being unsatisfied I asked to speak to the manager, I was inside the delearship and looking at him,he looked my way several times,helped a salesman but never made any move to come talk to me. I'll be quite honest, I was totally surprised by the attitude of the service advisors and lack of interest by the manager. This is poor customer service on the part of Waxahachie Ford!

Went in for tire rotation and oil change. Set up appointment to fix my usb in my truck. It would be the best if the car wash was better. Didnt touch the windows. Service is 5 star car wash is 3 star. But do recommend this place

If a zero was possible, that's the rating it would be. Everyone warned us of how shadey Wax is but we were optimistic. Go in with straight forward 4 requests on truck to be fixed before we negotiate final price. After millions of, "I'm trying to feed my family, I'm trying to sell you this car, I'm losing money on this." They agree to fix the 4. We finally get to a price. They say they are giving us this price where they make zero money because we are both teachers. Whatever, you don't operate on a loss. Make the money deal, go to sign papers, the sales guy backs off all 4 requests he originally agreed to. We say are you kidding you are going to back out on a deal. We storm off, manager and sales guy comes chasing after us. Again throws in our face that they are helping us out since we are teachers, servants in our community, and we say please stop with sales crap, the manager jumps back and says I take offense to that, my brother is a dead police officer. We were done there. Don't bring dead police officers into this. Completely unethical and immoral. Don't support them.
