We are always having our oil change and tire rotation done here. We drop off the car in the morning and pick it up when we are ready. Always easy to get an appointment when it's convenient for us.

Kim was excellent. She was very nice and very helpful. I could not get my phone to sync after reset of the radio, she came out to my car and did it for me. Great customer service

Your service department has been working on and mantaining my Ford Escape since 2003. Since it now has over 200300 miles on it, I would say I have always received good service..

Fast, reliable service

I appreciate the courtesy and prompt service. The service felt personal. My only complaint is that I noticed other customers sitting in the waiting area had updates provided about their vehicles in the presence of everyone else. If it were my vehicle I would have preferred to have conversations regarding which services I wanted to be performed in private. I could see that the customer who was receiving the recommendation for additional services felt a little pressured to say yes simply because of other people being present. Otherwise, my service appointment went well.

Headlight Issue

First off my service advisors name was Wendy. She listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. Yall should give this woman a raise for the outstanding customer service that she provides for her customers. She even call me to follow up on my service visit the next day. Thats a sign of great customer service. Will use yalls service department again in the future.
