Driven many Mercedes in the past and will only use Patrick in the forever future. Have a dealership in town I live in, but drive 2 hours just for his knowledge, patience and determination in keeping lifelong customers. He deserves a raise:)

Treated with not only great service but big smiles

I recently had the need to bring my E350 in to service the air conditioning filters and I was treated like royalty from the moment I drove in until the moment I drove out. These folks know service and what brings a client back for another car when the time comes. Customer for life !

Great Service at MB Plano

My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Plano has been excellent. Even though I just barged into his office without an appointment, Daniel was very professional and understanding. He took the time to listen to my issues, assisted me in getting my warranty work covered, quickly got me into a loaner and on my way, and he kept me updated with the status of my car throughout the day. I will request Daniel Adams as my service adviser from now on. The actual service that was performed was also top notch. My car has not run this smooth for a while. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Plano.

Just bought my 5th car from MB Plano

I keep coming back to this dealership because of no pressure, great people and, of course, the Mercedes brand. This dealership will work with you on every deal with no pressure and complete professionalism in the sales process. Scott O. and Larry R., along with Curtis in finance, worked to make the experience pleasant and exciting. This is the only dealership that truly values their clientele and works hard to retain them. I am proof of that. I am going to trade my wife's car in this fall, which will be the 6th purchase at MB Plano. My recommendation is that you go to this dealership and see the difference. You won't be disappointed.

Great Service! They Make Things Right!

I took my MB 450GL for its B service. I got a free loaner car and my car--a very clean car back at the end of the day. There was one minor hiccup. I realized after I got home that the computer had not been reset so it still showed that it needed service. I contacted my service adviser and within a short time a technician came to my office to reset the computer for me. These minor things will happen but its all in how the dealership takes care of a small hiccup. This dealership took care of it perfectly. I will definitely be back. My adviser, Robert S. did a great job as usual.

I bought a pre-owned Mercedes and this was my first Mercedes Benz. Service at Mercedes Dealership is excellent. My service adviser Mitzi C. is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I always have great experience during my visits. All in all, I highly recommend this dealership and I would definitely buy here again.

We loved our experience with Chris P. My husband and I came in for a very specific vehicle. He found the vehicle, helped us get to the price we wanted, and the deal was done in a matter of a couple hours. Never tried to show us another vehicle to change our minds.

Just like the vehicles that Mercedes Benz makes, the service is excellent as well. Personnel is very knowledgeable, kind, and timely! Although I don't own the most expensive or top of the line Benz, I was treated as if I did, and that's very pleasing! I feel like I own the best vehicle!

Pleasant Experience

Everyone I dealt with at Mercedes Benz of Plano was very professional. Not once did I feel pressured. Bob C. was my sales person, and he did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend him. They have a good inventory and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I bought it the same day. The experience was much different than other new car buying experiences with other dealers.

retaliation instead of honoring warranty

in March 2011 took a car in for check engine light fault, they serviced it and said part was faulty. car was delivered 3 days later. a couple of weeks later same light came on in April took the car back, while mechanic again stated the part is faulty, the service adviser became agitated for a previous complaint to service manager, and walked back to the shop. after she returned she stated that the part warranty will not be provided, and did not replace the part which is supposed to be under warranty for one year. took the car back in in August 2011 through another shop, and after four days they returned the car without fixing the check engine light, or replacing mass air flow sensor which was found faulty. I sent another review on their facebook page, and Kim Patterson the GM became involved. after he spoke to his service manager and advisers, they retaliated, and sent me messages through the mechanic that they will not honor the part warranty, nor will they service my car in the future, and is is advisable for me not to take the car there. overall a very unethical service department from head to bottom, and corrupt behavior in retaliation for bad review. NEWS FLASH: if you don't like the bad review, honor your warranty Ewing, which is now changed their name to Mercedes Benz of Plano. CONSUMER BE AWARE, VERY VERY AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP'S SERVICE PRACTICES, AND THEIR SERVICE ADVISERS BONNIE BECK, AND KELLY.

Good Purchase

I purchased a Mercedes from Ewing in 2008. The salesperson was very polite and not pushy in the least. He didn't complain when I had a few specifics that required him to transfer the car from California nor when I asked him to throw in tint. The price we agreed on was perfect with Edmunds TMV so I have no complaints.

Excellent Dealership

I bought a pre-owned Mercedes and the service was excellent, from sales (Reggie Cleveland), to financing (Natalie) and service. This was my first Mercedes, and since my last car purchase (Chrysler) was less than pleasant, I was little anxious. But Reggie was a pleasure to deal with. He is very friendly, efficient and not pushy at all. I financed the car with Mercedes Benz Finance (great interest rate) and the finance person (Natalie) was great as well. A day after signing all the documents, I called her to change some options which required a redo of some of the documents. That was not a problem whatsoever, and the change was executed in a friendly and efficient manner. My car was cleaned perfectly inside and outside. I received my license plates and a missing key about a week later. The service department which put on my license plates on was very friendly. All in all, I highly recommend this dealership and I would definitely buy here again
