This dealership made my car buying experience quick and seamless. Malik was a great salesman to work with. He scheduled the appointment, sent me a reminder the day before, was expecting me when I arrived, took me for a test drive and showed me all of the cool features of the car. He even went so far as to look at the features of another car I was contemplating buying to assure me that I was making the best purchase (I really wanted a sunroof and the other car didn't have it). The finance team was also great to work with. They were able to meet all of my financing requirements. I would shop here again!!

Dealership tried to fix an issue that did not start until 30,000 miles but Chevrolet said there is no issue , it is a normal function of the DEF gauge. Searching all the different forums, I did find a lot of issues with the DEF system. My only option now is carry DEF with me.

Poor service i had an appointment to have my car serviced at 745 am i arrived and first thing they told me was they didnt have time to look at my car and asked me to leave it but they had no loaners. I made a second appointment for 7am on thursday expecting to leave my car when i arrived they told me again they didnt have time to look at my car until the following wednesday why have someone drop off here car a week before they have time to look at it? AND NO LOANERS

2024 Chevrolet Trax RS

My girlfriend had been in contact with Savion. He informed us that a fresh shipment of 2024 Chevrolet Trax just arrived Saturday morning. So we made plans to go to Autonation and take a look. Arrived at the lot & was greeted by Daniel. Daniel got in touch with Savion and he was in the middle of a customer care situation. So, Daniel took us for a test tide in the 2024 Trax RS. We liked! Daniel also showed us another version. He's a great guy and very knowledgeable. Then we sat with Savion after the test ride. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured in any way. Any questions we may have had he answered or he got Zach over to answer. After a few hours of trying to get all the i's dotted and t's crossed. We met Dirk. He's a really genuine person I got the impression that everyone we spoke to that day was a genuine person. It made me feel comfortable with our final decision to lease Everything was explained and made clear. ALL questions asked were addressed by the gentleman at Autonation. Great all around experience and took home our new car that evening. We love it!
