The most unprofessional car dealership I have ever dealt with. Fake rip off bait & switch style with undertrained younger salesmen followed by an unbelievably rude attitude demonstrated by sloppy, disheveled, upper level "manager" Ronnie Kyle. AVOID THIS PLACE! Just buy online from Costco...hassle free and MUCH better prices.

First off alot of people are discouraged by salesmen hassle at dealerships. Good news they were so busy talking to eachother that I actually had to call the dealership to ask for help. The sales rep I had knew close to nothing about the vehicle (Kia Sorento) that I was looking answers up on my phone as they would come up. While asking about bottom line price he would not reveal for fear of being shopped. Isn't that what car buying is about? I guess Best Buy better hide prices and not reveal them until people are ready to actually buy. Or home builders for that matter. Dont waste your time or breath talking to this dealserhip. Complete FAIL! Ill shop at Legend Kia!
