We bought our Grand Cherokee Trailhawk from Nancy Galyon in 2016. We had an excellent experience throughout the buying process and found Nancy and the rest of the staff to be very helpful. Though getting the car ready last minute for shipment for a far move to helping us with additional paperwork for insurance when we got in a bad wreck, Nancy and the team there have gone above and beyond to help us. We would love to come back and buy here again.

I have bought both a new vehicle and a used vehicle from Bluebonnet Jeep. Both times the experience has been incredibly positive. I have been a Jeep guy for years and had used their service department numerous times, so when it was time to trade in my old Jeep for a new one I knew where to go. I did my online research and checked out their inventory numerous times before I was ready to buy. Never were any of the Sales Representative pushy, dismissive or harassing when I was just looking, in fact they were extremely accommodating even knowing they wouldn't be making a sale. When I was finally ready to buy, I worked with Ty Houser, he was knowledgeable, straight forward and accommodating to my needs and demands. The negotiations were simple and without games or the typical back and forth, the initial trade-in offer and new vehicle pricing were more than fair and actually better than KBB, Edmunds and NADA valuations. They even went above and beyond with transitioning parts off the old Jeep onto the new Jeep without hesitation. The experience was so satisfying that when it was time to find a vehicle for my new teenage driver, I went straight to Ty with my requirements and we were able to find a match at another of their partnership dealerships. Ty picked up the vehicle and even brought it to me to test-drive. I highly recommend Bluebonnet Jeep and Ty Houser.

Bad used Jeeps

Bought a used Wrangler from here for full price of a new 2013, came with bad rust damage, battery died within 7 months of purchase, do not recommend buying a used jeep here.

I bought a new jeep wrangler from Bluebonnet Jeep in Feb '07. After having my time completely wasted by the [violative content deleted], I went to Bluebonnet, where I was immediately offered a fair price for my trade, and a fair price on my new vehicle. The whole experience there was as it should be...salesman who doesnt use tricks or gimmicks, and lets you negotiate a fair price for a vehicle.
