Warranty repair work/headlights

I had to return my vehicle for rework because the problem wasn't completely fixed the first time, but the service was excellent and the staff is always courteous and professional. I was provided with a loaner vehicle and the overall experience was pleasant. I understand that sometimes it's difficult to trace down an electrical problem the first time around, especially if there are multiple things causing it. I still think you guys are great and will continue to be a customer here.

Service department was very friendly and helpful. I had my oil changed and also had to get a small item from the parts department. The Quick Lane service representative actually came out to my car and installed the part that had been purchased. This was not anything related to my oil change and could easily been done by myself at home. I was very impressed by this young man's attention to every detail of my entire visit.

Riding right

I came in on a Saturday morning, right when it opened up and was in and out within about an hour and half. I enjoyed relaxing in the lounge area while I waited for my vehicle. I also was able to get some additional maintenance up keep on my vehicle that was suggested by the employee at the counter.

Bluebonnet does a great job but the time required to receive service is unreal. If I was management, I would figure out a way to provide an oil change in a reasonable time.

Tire replacement

I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. When I arrived the machine was down and also my tire wasn't in stock. They kept my rim and called me the next afternoon to say I could come and get my tire put back on the car. It took approximately 30 minutes which was fine. Saved me time in the waiting area having my tire ready to mount.

Poor service and car returned unwashed

We purchased a new Ford Escape - the service the salesman and the financial person provided to us was exemplary. We had to return the car for service as the glove compartment would not close completely, leaving the interior light on constantly. We arrived in the service bay buy no one approached us to ask if we needed help. We stood outside the car and no one approached us. We finally asked a shop worker who was nearby, what a person had to do to get service. He said you have to find a service advisor and ask for help. This does not represent "Customer Service", we noted. The worker said - "well we don't have time for that". We finally located a SA and he arranged to have our car fixed. The car was returned to us unwashed. We wrote a letter to the Service Mgr and GM but did not receive a reply. Possibly because it today's world there are not many managers who know how to write a letter. This was such a disappointment because we had such a positive experience with buying the car.

Quick Lane service is not quick at all

I enjoy the quality of service provided by Bluebonnet Ford, However, the "Quick Lane" service is hardly "quick" the last time and this time I had to wait for 2.5 hours to have my oil changed. Based on the volume of vehicles you service you need to either enlarge your "Quick lane" service area or cease to call it "Quick lane" service.
