Poor Sales Service and After Purchase Support

I was referred on-line through Cars.com, in search of a used Honda Pilot SE. I found the car that fit my criteria. I put in an inquiry on Saturday evening and got a response on Monday morning. I advised the person that I would be there on following Saturday morning. I arrived about noon. Upon entering the dealership, we were not immediately greeted. Finally, a person asked if we needed help. We were told to sit and wait for the online person because he was attending another customer. After about 15 minutes, I called the number from the email. The person answered, and advised that he will try to get another person to help us. I made an acash purchase with a trade-in for the vehicle I initially chose to buy. After the sale, it took approximately 3 hours to get to the finance department to close the sale. Once the financial part was completed, I was told that my purpose documents would be emailed to me. Unfortunately, they were not. I made several attempts to get my purchase documents and certified pre-owned warranty information. It took nearly 3 weeks before I received the documents via email. In addition, once I left the lot, I discovered a crack in the windshield. As of to date, that issue has not been corrected. Although I had been communicating with representative through text and emails getting resolution to minor service and business issues has been challenging.l lastly, the main phone directory system was not effective in reaching a live person to talk to. I was prompted several times to a general line to leave a message and received no call back. I have asked for the GM name and contact info, but to no avail. This is my first Honda purchase, and in comparison to my prior car purchase experiences, this was least favorable. I love the car, and I greatly appreciated the help we received from the sales representative, Jonah Ramirez.

These people are [non-permissible content removed]. They don’t follow up on commitments. They lie , cheat and steal. The GSM Ali is the worst. His mail box is full so that it is impossible to reach him.

No common sense

I went in for a warranty service to replace 2 airbags that had been recalled. I called on a Monday, 6/26, and scheduled the appointment ASAP, which ended up being Friday, 6/30. When I made the appointment, the gentleman assured me the replacement parts were ordered and would be at the dealership by my appointment on 6/30. I arrived for my appointment and got checked in, gave them my keys and the service rep said the appointment would take about 3+ hours to complete. I arrived at 9am. They called my name at 12pm and instead of telling me my vehicle was ready, I was told they didn't do any work to my vehicle and they never even ordered the parts! I sat there for 3 hours while they had possession of my vehicle and did absolutely nothing. I had to wait another week, take another day off of work-missed out on making money twice-just to accommodate these [non-permissible content removed] who should've looked on the computer sitting in front of them and checked to make sure the replacement parts had been delivered when I arrived for my appointment. Never using this location again.

Service Review

My first time going in for service (oil change) on a 2022 Civic. Mr Norris the Service Advisor was extremely nice and very helpful. He was very upfront on the wait time then walked me the details of what the recommendations were and actually walked me to the car and pointed out the nail in the tire as well. During my wait I was blown away with a small video from the Service Tech who also pointed out exactly his recommendations. Not even Luxury brands do that.

Service was done but started noticing an issue

The service was done this week, was all good advisor and the work done but I started noticing my miles range is showing off compared to what I have my gas level at, I am not sure what was touched related that but I do not like a false range displayed.

Customer Service agent poor service

Poor customer service. Left my vehicle for oil change in the morning but did not get any notification to pick up the vehicle until I had called them in the afternoon. According to the Shaela the service rep, she forgot to hit the send button to let me know the vehicle was ready for pick-up. At the dealership when I tried to discuss my vehicle she said she was busy and jut brushed me off.

My service writer James explained clearly what my car needed. I love that my service writer was trustworthy, courteous, a great communicator, and didn't try to talk me into service items I didn't want. AutoNation provided me a ride to my home and back because the service would take the whole day. I would definitely recommend this service department!
