Great Experience at Clay Cooley Chevrolet.

Every thing was great, our salesman Mr Trey was very helpful and patient. I’d like to point out that he made the process easy. Thanks again for the great staff here at Clay Cooley.

False Advertising!!!!

Wow, where to start. I was looking for a specific vehicle and it just so happened that Clay Cooley had the vehicle in stock. I am not a local buyer so I did everything on line. The vehicle was priced on there website with a sale price of $38,999. There was no fine print just the msrp and then the discounted sale price of $38,999. Right underneath that was a button that said request a quote. I clicked the link and submitted my contact information and the vehicle I was interested in. Later on I recieved an email that said the special Internet price they could offer me on this vehicle was $38,999. The next morning I called in to the dealership to request some actual pictures of the vehicle because only stock photos were listed. After 3 days of calling 3-4 times a day I finally did receive the pictures. After seeing the pictures I told the salesperson I would like to go ahead and put a deposit on the vehicle and start the purchase process. He then told me he had to talk to his boss first, which I was a little confused on because I wasn't negotiating. They sent me a written offer and I accepted it. However at the time I didn't argue. A couple hours later I recieved a phone call from the salesman apologizing but said he had to sell the truck for $46,000 not $38,999. Obviously I was pretty upset and surprised by this. I told him I had a written quote for the $38,999 as well as it is on line listed for $38,999. He could not explain why the price was higher. Absolutely terrible experience all the way around! It's almost impossible to get anyone to return your calls and it's even harder to actually buy a vehicle.. It is hard for me to understand how a business like this can stay open. I am a business owner myself so I try to be understanding of the business side but this is just strait up lying. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle this is definitely not the place to look.

Q Chevrolet has done a wonderful job with me. I actually enjoyed the process when I went there. All their responses were timely and gave me the information that I needed. I will definitely return there in the future for service and when I'm ready to buy again and its a Chevy then it will be there. Armando(the sales manager) needed to install my DVD system in the vehicle and I wasn't going to make it out to get the vehicle before they closed on Christmas eve, he stayed after hours they closed to make sure I would be able to surprise our family with the Tahoe. It went over great. Thanks again everyone at Q and keep up the good work. Ya'll can expect some of my friends out there this weekend!!!

Horrible experience with Q Chevrolet

I bought a used Lexus RX 350 from them. I found issues with the vehicle and was ready to walk away. They made verbal commitment to fix everything 'like new'. I made them write down all the issues (unfortunately I didn't check what they wrote and they weren't honest making the list). Needless to say, I was less than happy when I finally got delivery of the car. They just painted over all the dents and they instrument panel was not fixed and the marks in the trunk where still there. To make matters worse, I had to wait nearly 2 weeks before I got my vehicle. And that was after a verbal altercation with the sales manager and threatening legal action. The worse part though was their attitude the moment they cashed my check. Once they got my money, they didn't care at all. I called twice to complain to their GM (Thomas Bies) and he never returned my calls. Horrible experience. Would not recommend them. Stay away from Q chevrolet.
