Morgan Cook Delivers!

Buying a car can be such a stressful experience, but Morgan Cook spent so much time making sure that our experience was fun and oh so informative. We had a terrible experience at another dealership when car shopping for our son, and with that in mind, his goal was to show us the opposite example. I cant say enough about his knowledge of the product he sold- a sweet new Mazda 3, and his willingness to make us a deal we couldnt refuse. From start to finish, Morgan was honest and professional. He laid everything out in writing before we ever left our house 4 hours away, and it was all just as he said it would be when we signed papers. We left the dealership feeling good about our decisions and proud to be able to do all this for our son. With so many dealerships in DFW, people have a choice in where they shop, but the ethical business practice shown by Morgan isnt so common. To me, Hiley in Hurst was more than worth our 4 hour drive, and, thanks to Morgan, they have earned our business from here on out.

Excellent experience with dealership and salesperson (Michele Rabus) on a very cheap used car. Car was higher than KBB/Edmunds Retail Price, but as this was a very cheap car, I was willing to pay a premium to avoid a fly-by-night dealer. Transaction was smooth and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

We just had a truly awesome car buying experience with Justin Sample at Hiley Mazda of Hurst. He worked hard to find the perfect Mazda 6 for us. He got us the best out-the-door price with no haggling, no pressure, and no games. He made car buying an enjoyable experience. The car was not yet available when we went to the dealership to make the purchase, so once Hiley received it, he came in on his day off and personally delivered it to our house. You can't beat service like that! Jeremy Williams in finance was great as well. He explained all of the available options with absolutely no pressure.

These guys were great to work with ... One of the best Car buying experiences I have had and I have purchased a lot of vehicles. Can easily see why it is the TOP RATED Mazda dealership in the DFW area. Justin Sample was my Sales Rep by the way ... seek him out if you are seeking a top notch sales rep. I am sure all of the guys there are great , but Justin made everything incredibly smooth.

I bought a CX-5 from Hiley Mazda last week using the Costco Auto program. Salesman Luke Thurman knew his product inside and out. I told him what other brand I was considering( Honda) and instead of bad mouthing the competition he simply pointed out the strong point of his product. Very professional !

In 2007 I purchased a new Mazda5 and fell in love with the brand and the model itself. It was the perfect size for transporting my then teenage family and my budding catering business. Now that the kids are grown as well as the business my Mazda5 has been faithful and has continued to be the perfect size for all my needs. Since Mazda had discontinued the Mazda5 I knew it was time to try and locate the last of it's kind before they were all gone. That is just what Jeremy Williams did for me. Not only did he find one of the very last in the state, he also gave me the very best deal of any other dealership I had spoken with. The car was waiting for me when I arrived and he made the buying process quick and easy. Hiley Mazda even beat the interest rate of our favored bank to make the complete buying experience a pleasant one. I just can't say enough great things about Jeremy and Mike and Hiley Mazda!

Great car buying experience

I was looking to purchasing a new car for our son before the year-end. I looked at several different entry-level cars and finally decided on a Mazda3. Then, I spent several hours looking at online reviews for different DFW Mazda dealerships. Finally, based on all the reviews, I was convinced that Hiley Mazda in Hurst would be the best place to start. Sent an email to Hiley Mazda asking about the Mazda3 and received a response from Jeremy Williams. Once at Hiley Mazda I met with Jeremy and took a Mazda3 sport for a test drive. Right away I liked the car. And, most importantly my son and my wife liked it as well. Ended up purchasing the Mazda3 sport and worked with Joe Parker in finance and left the dealership satisfied. Thanks to Jeremy and Joe for making this a great car buying experience.

My fiance and I were looking for a Traverse after our previous was totaled. we dealt with four other dealerships in a matter of three weeks before I went to Hilly Mazda. They were able to get us in a Traverse that met the terms we needed. We started the process Friday morning and signed the papers on Saturday night. It was an awesome experience to not have to go through unnecessary stress! From the first point of contact, Jacob was our sales rep, to finance (Joe) and closing paperwork (Mike) the service never faltered. I would definitely recommend going to see them if you don't want to go through all of the drama that comes with buying a vehicle!

David Hall from Hiley Mazda is great to work with and made my first new car purchase a pleasant experience. I was looking at Honda CR-V and Mazda CX-5 and did some ground work on the pricing before I visited the showroom. There was no pressure from anyone during the entire buying process and they met my pricing expectations without much discussion. My friends used to share stories about how the financing negotiations go for days but I was done with my dealing in less than 30 minutes and they matched my expectations on the APR. I interacted with David, Seth and Mike and all of them were courteous and were eager to answer all my queries. I didn't have to visit the Honda showroom as things worked out well with Hiley Mazda. I will recommend Hiley Mazda to my friends any day.

Recently, I purchased a new Mazda CX-5 from Hiley Mazda of Hurst. This is my second purchase from this dealership within the least 5 years, and I had to return not only because of the great value that Mazda guarantees, but because of the fantastic service I always receive from Hiley Mazda of Hurst. Todd sold me my vehicle and was very kind, knowledgeable, and cooperative. He answered any questions I had and made my buying experience stress free with no pressure. I definitely plan to visit this dealership again when it comes time for a new vehicle, and would recommend Hiley Mazda of Hurst, and Todd, to anyone!

I ended up at Hiley Mazda of Hurst and they made my whole car buying experience awesome! I want to Thank my salesman, Jerin Croley for being such a great guy. He was very knowledgeable, down to earth, funny, and had a no pressure attitude. Jerin was all about making me the customer happy and comfortable. After having our car totaled by a texting driver, we were in the market for a new vehicle. Hiley Mazda is close to us, so we decided to stop and shop for a used vehicle. Ryan Davisson greeted us promptly and was eager to accommodate our every wish. He answered all of our questions and never once presented a pushy sales pitch. We test drove three vehicles and Ryan never seemed in a hurry or impatient. Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted to drive, Ryan completed the required paperwork quickly and then gave us a tour of the dealership. We then moved into the Finance department (Joe?) where we were also treated with respect. Although the process of financing a car can sometimes be laborious, it didn't seem so at Hiley. The Finance Manager worked through several different options for us, and eventually found an incredible interest rate. The overall experience was very pleasant, and the dealership has followed up with us a couple of times to ensure we are happy. We've purchased vehicles in the past, but never with the hospitality and respect that Hiley showed us. We will return when we need our next vehicle!
