The experience I had with Marcus by far surpassed my expectations. The finance process with Henry was seamless and very streamlined. All the employees were friendly and happy to be at work. My vehicle had recall, which meant that I had to schedule an appointment to bring it in. Due to my busy work schedule that would have been a challenge. The person that I spoke with when I called in was very understanding of my needs and made special arrangements for me. I dropped my vehicle off and it was repaired in a time manner. I purchased my vehicle at Robbins Chevrolet and because of the awesome customer service I receive I bring my vehicle back to them for oil changes and repairs, passing up multiple auto care places.

Charles was great! Every time I called he never got snippy or rude. He made me feel like my experience was important. The day I picked up my car he waited after hours just so I could get my car! Very nice of him! Everyone was just like that too! Enjoyed my experience a lot

Went for oil change. The Manager on duty Jan. 13 2015 was very helpful and was also able to get so brake pad installed in a timely manner. He was curious and knowledgeable.

I made an appointment but when I dropped it off it was still 2 hrs before anyone called to say it was almost ready. What's the point if making an appointment& saying it will take about 45 minutes if you can't honor that?

Marcus Lofton was very informative and very thorough with the entire process of the car deal and was able to answer every question we had. Marcus went over and above to give us exactly what we wsnted. Mr. Nakai Frances Which was he Finance Manager was superb in how he took extreme care of us and he went well over his call of duty to make sure we were completely satisfied. Mr. Frances had our best interest in mind and made our goals in obtaining the vehicles we wanted. I will always recommend Robbins Chevrolet to everyone. Mt credit wa not the best, but I had the best people on my team to get the deals done and Robbins Chevrolet did it. Truly blessed and a true blessing. Thank you Lord for this.

Though I wasn't able to wait at the dealership due to being called into work, T\they kept trying to find an intermittent problem and after hours of working at it they finally got the problem and was able to grab codes. Thanks for the work.

Fraud

On October 17th I bought a new Silverado pick-up from Robbins Chevrolet. After 2 weeks I contacted Toyota to make sure that the vehicle I traded in had been paid off, and it had not. I called Robbins and was told it would be taken care of by Fernando Gomero. Last week I got a call from Toyota to tell me that I owed them $3000 with interest and fees for not paying off my car. I continued to receive collection calls. Toyota checked and Robbins cut them a check for the amount owed. Toyota sent Robbins the title and then Robbins quickly put a stop payment in on the check. Bottom line is that Robbins has a car that they did not pay for (Theft) and I am sure has sold the car to someone else (Fraud). Mean while my credit rating is being dinged and the loan with interest and fees is being charged to me. From what I have read they are required by law to pay off the car in 10 days. Today is day 68. Take your business somewhere else where you can trust your dealer. This is not the place.

We were very impressed with the level of service we received from your team. The salesman was very knowledgeable of the particular car we were interested in purchasing. The finance manager did an outstanding job of explaining the financing process, and ensuring our expectations were being met. In my few, the finance manager went above and beyond my expectation. My wife and I are very content with the level of attention and care we received. We will be future customers.
