I did have my oil changed there last Friday and when getting my truck back I noticed there was oil residue on the truck fenders, driver door handle, steering wheel. My truck was cleaned the day before and now have to clean again. The service tech should have been more considerate.

Evaluating a new dealer relationship for my Volt

I bought a used 2013 Volt (in Dallas) and was looking to establish a good relationship with a local dealer for my future servicing needs. The support staff was helpful, the waiting area was comfortable and offered free WiFi, coffee and water. Overall a pleasant experience.

This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. Not only was the process quick and easy, but every employee that I came in contact with at the dealership had a warm greeting and smile on their face. My salesperson Crystal was absolutely awesome! The finance manager that went over the paperwork was thorough and took time to make sure I understood each contract before signing. You guys rock!!!
