Moe. Was the best salesperson I ever had. He answered every question I asked when we ordered my wife’s 23 scat. He would call and keep us updated with the order. It means a lot when we order a car 400 miles away from home and trust it will get here and he did that. Thank you again Moe my wife loves it. Can’t wait to go to Dallas to shack your hand in person.

Unfriendly Staff & Slow Service

2 hours and 10 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation and it was a 7:00 am which is the first appointment of the day. Service Advisors were unfriendly and could care less about the service levels being provided.

My experience with Dallas Dodge was very frustrating. My truck was taken in for a Oil Change 8/3 @ 9a. While there I decided to have them look at a Suspension issue I was having. The tech plugged in and advised of error codes. One being weight over the limit. I explained this was an issue because after carrying a load of sand is when I noticed the issue. I was quoted a diagnostic fee of roughly $200 which included the oil change. 2 days later I reached out after not hearing from anyone the following day (Saturday). I was told it would be Monday. I didnt hear from anyone Monday 8/7 so I messaged and got a reply of what they thought it might be. 8/8 I had not heard from anyone I left a message to have a service manager reach out to me, I texted this as well. After not hearing from anyone I called. I was told the tech wasn't in an when he got in they would call. When I heard from someone I was advised it would be an additional fee to go further. I had not been advised what was wrong but Dallas Dodge wanted more money. I refused and advised I would take my truck. I was told if I didnt agree to more money to continue I didnt owe anything. I arrived to pick my truck up with my debit card in hand. I was advised I owed $0 that can't be correct maam I should at least owe for the oil change. The tech was called and he advised it had not been done. "We can do it right now he advised at 139p on 8/8. My truck had been there for 5 days at this point and I dont know whats wrong with it after taking my Dodge to Dodge. I am very disappointed in Dallas Dodge .

I am so grateful that Tyler McLoughlin answered my email. I contacted several dealerships throughout Texas looking for a great deal. Tyler listened, was professional, kind, and made the process smooth and effortless! Je went above and beyond to give me a great deal and had everything squared away for me after I drove 8 1/2 hours to pick up my vehicle. He offered refreshments, set me up with the Dodge App, and endured my vehicle looked immaculate. I had the best experience buying my vehicle because Tyler McLoughlin took such great care of me!

Traveling through the area and Jeep wouldn’t start. One dealership told me it would be 7 day’s minimum before they would even run a check on it. Dallas Dodge took it right in and within about 2 ours corrected the problem and I was back on the road and at a reasonable price. Manager Waco Hall was amazing to deal with
