I am am satisfied with the purchase however not so much with the overall experience. I fell for the sales pitch and purchased the extended warranty. Two days after my purchase I called and told them I wanted to cancel the extended warranty. The F and I guy told me I would have to wait until I made the first payment before it could be canceled. He also told me that I would not get a refund he said it would be taken off the end of the contract. He also said my payment would stay the same. So the way I understand it the $4500 stays on the contract and I pay interest on it for the duration of the contract. So the warranty company was paid when the contract funded but I don't get a refund and it is taken off the back of the financing. Seems like a scam to me. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from this dealership and it will be the last.

Tried to scam us with purchase price

After negotiating new car (2018 Ford Fiesta SE Hatchback) price and trade-in value on my vehicle and coming to agreement with sales manager, my wife and I were brought to F&I Manager to sign paperwork and drive away. We were shown the âbuyerâs orderâ and immediately saw that $1400 was added to the purchase price. We stated that the price was wrong. We argued for over 30 minutes with manager who refused to bring price to what was previously agreed upon (on their own silly 4-square pencil sheet). Manager kept going to his computer and shuffling numbers around to make us think that WE were wrong in what the purchase price was. At one point he typed in the correct numbers and I stated that we could now have a deal... he stated No deal and that he wouldnât sell a car for that price. Our salesman was no help and we eventually walked out. A couple things really turned us off to this dealership. 1) They use the 4-square negotiation pencil method to confuse their customers. 2) the sales manager subtley added $1400 to the purchase price which conveniently equalled the net allowance of our trade-in after we all had agreed up on all the numbers. This all occurred at closing time for the dealership and the agreed-upon prices were quotes weâd received from a competitor Ford dealership in the area. I donât believe Sames wanted to sell us a car at the competitorâs price and I believe the stubbornness of the F&I manager cost them a sale and potential future customers. Two days later, we went back to the competitor and bought the same Fiesta in a premium color and were happy to give a friendly and professional dealership our business (Access Ford).

I have purchased 4 of my 6 Ford Explorers from Sames Ford. I've returned to them because of their service after the purchase. Their sales personnel has always been great as well as honest. Honesty is hard to find in a sales environment. Above all, having the whole package in one Dealership wins me over. I have a great truck at a great price, a service department that understand my vehicle, and combined with preventative maintenance service in the Quick Lane service department. One really can't go wrong by choosing Sames Ford.

2013 Ford F150 XLT. Service was good. The Staff never gave up on me, in trying to help purchase that vehicle. They did everything to meet my price range, my no down payment (even though I had money to put down and did after they had the numbers to my liking), and my monthly payment. I had other offers from other sales lots to purchase similar trucks, but because of Sames staff listening to my needs, I purchased from Sames. Even though I looked around, I new Sames would come though, as they did in 2012, when I purchased my brand new Ford Fusion. I'm glad I knew the Finance manager, because in 2012, he was the salesman that sold me my Ford Fusion. That helps with trusting the dealership. thank you!!

In October of 2015 we purchased a Ford F-150 with the help of David Benavides. He was so kind and helped us find my husbands dream truck (for now). My trip odometers were not working (screen was blank) or so I had thought they were not but it turns out the were just in pause and the tech showed me how to work them. That little extra goes a long way with me! Plus that 39.00 works package cant be beat ! I will continue to bring my truck to Sames for service.
