I really appreciate the Kinsel Ford Team. My service representative yesterday exceeded my expectations. She continually checked with me on the status of my F150 and I am well please overall experience. The service mechanic even came by to let me know it was ready and that the service rep should be calling me shortly. I have owned six trucks in the past 10 years and two at our home now.

Great Service Lady and Diesel Mechanic

I took my 2011 F350 in to Kinsel Ford to the same lady I always use for service work. When I got to the service window I explained what I was experiencing and the Service Lady said that it sounded like a sensor on my exhaust system. She ask if i had a ride and I told her my wife was on the way to pick me up. I told her that we were in the process of leaving on a trip and planned to pull our 5th wheel and really needed my truck right now. I left her the key and walked into the waiting room...while I am sitting there I see her go back out to my truck with a lap top...she hooked it up to my truck and started running diagnostics on my truck....as I am sitting there she is talking to someone that i latter find out is one of the diesel mechanics....she walks by the window and give me a thumbs up..I walked out to see what all of this means...she said she was right, it was one of the exhaust sensors and the mechanic is going to see if we have one...I walked out to look at the new cars while I wait for my wife....I get a call from my Service Lady telling me to call my wife and tell her my truck is ready...the mechanic had a sensor..brought it out to the Service Write-up area crawled under the truck and changed the sensor right then and there....I WAS NOT THERE FOR EVEN ONE HOUR. These two people went way above and beyond to help us out so we could take our trip on time. I use this same lady EVERYTIME I bring my truck in for work....she knows what she is doing...calls me with updates and does her best to get me my truck when i need it and more times than not does meet the date she has told me. I will continue to use Kinsel and the same Service Lady...she is great! Respectfully, Don Richard

Had issues with a high milage used truck I purchased. My salesman was quick to get the issues resolved and everyone in the service department was professional and friendly. The waiting room is also very customer friendly, loved the cubicles that allowed me to handle business while the repair was completed. Kinsel Ford will be my first stop for any cars I purchase in the future.

I just want to say how happy we were with our experience at Kinsel. We purchased a 2010 Buick Enclave. Our sales rep showed us several different cars right before closing. Never felt rushed or pressured. Once we made the decision to buy we were handled in a very professional manor. The vehicle had a minor problem that needed service so we left the vehicle overnight and returned to pick it up the next day. When we came back not only was the problem fixed but out rep decided to replace the battery also. Thank You Keith Barlow for your great service.

Bobby Jones is and always has been one of the most honest and sincere people I have ever met. He made our process very simple and clear and I walked away knowing I got the best deal on my dream truck that I could have ever gotten. I purchased a Mazda CX-5 last Nov. I now get email reminders when the warranty work is due. When I drove up I was met immediately. Told what I needed he asked if I was waiting or otherwise. Told him I would wait then asked how long. He said about an hour or hour and a half. Just on a whim I checked my watch and it was 9:00. At 10:30 I was back on the road. How great is that!!!

Promptly in and out. Only issue I may have was that the price quoted for my cabin filter was higher then the actual price when I got it done. If you are going to give me a quote, give me the right one. But over all excellent service.

Purchased a used vehicle from Kinsel and have brought it there for its recommended service intervals for the year that I have owned it. Follow up service was great after the sale, first dealership I have used to see how happy I was with my purchase a week or so in. Also send service reminders, which for me are right when I need service. Was skeptical of the tires for life deal, but on my last service visit a few days ago, the technician came out and told me they ordered four brand new tires, retailing at $175 apiece at a big box store, and would be in at a few days. Aside from sometimes lengthy waits at the service area, customer service so far has been excellent. Have sent family to the dealership and they ended up buying as well.
