My experience with the Service Department was outstanding. Unfortunately I am disappointed with Luis Versalles who will not return my calls so I can complete the extension of my warranty and time is running out.

Love service at Austin Infinity

I brought our 2019 QX60 in for a software recall, squealing front brake, and repair of a few paint damaged spots we thought were covered under warranty. The front brake problem was fixed at no charge and the paint warranty was clearly explained to us as we were confused as to what exactly was covered. Austin Infinity went beyond what was expected to fix the paint problem. My wife loves this car and she was extremely satisfied with the result. We had recently moved and are now another 25 minutes travel time from the dealership, but due to the great service that went above and beyond , we will continue to use Austin Infinity.

My wife stopped in for an oil change, was greeted promptly, they took her car right in. The car was done, cleaned and brought back to her, it didn't take long, she was happy.

Is that I waited so long to finally make my Infiniti purchase; but what a blessing to do so through Austin Infiniti! They may have spoiled me beyond the point of ever buying a vehicle from anyone else. Absolute seamless transaction. Every question answered. Every detail explained. Friendly, courteous and genuine staff! No double speak or wheeling & dealing going on. Buying a vehicle at Austin Infiniti has been the most stress free vehicle purchase I've ever made.

This is my second transaction with Austin Infiniti. A big reason I returned was because of the experience the first time. Despite going in with high expectations this time, the team impressed again. I made it a little more challenging for them this time, but they still pulled through with a great car.

Happy with the brake service provided. Like the quoting and reporting technology used to communicate price and additional findings during inspection (communication and payment done by text). Was surprised Infiniti didn’t run my car through the wash. My husband has a Lexus and they run his car through the wash every time he takes his car in for service. I expect the same level of service from Infiniti, considering this is a luxury line and cost of repair is not cheap. Going the extra mile for a customer helps to separate a dealership from its competitors.

Fast oil change

I've always used Austin Infiniti to service my vehicle. The oil change was fast and included a free car wash. They didn't pressure me in doing service for things that didn't need to be addressed today. During the Coronovirus, I got there bright and early and they adhered to all safe social distance requirements.

This was the third Infiniti I’ve leased at this dealership and it gets easier every time! The process still takes time but waiting in a clean building with comfortable chairs and great snacks makes it better. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and not pushy. I would definitely recommend them (and have!)!

I took my QX80 in to have the tires replaced along with the window tint and Latoya went above and beyond helping me out. The tires I had requested were out of stock and she made sure that I received an upgraded tire for the same price. I was extremely happy with her and the service I was given.
